Was at my house for 2 hours and 15 minutes to replace two faucets, which was not an emergency visit- it was a pre- scheduled one week in advance. One of the faucet replacements was a redo from their prior work, where they provided a defective faucet. Charged $455 for just labor for 2 hours and 15 minutes!! Outrageous.

We discovered a leak in one of our copper pipes late in the evening on a Friday night. I started looking for a plumber to come out ASAP -- Klug Plumbing was not only the only one to call me back the same night but also come out first thing the next day.

Bob assessed and repaired our pipe, while checking if anything else was affected by the issue. He expertly repaired it and had it working within an hour.

I appreciated his communication leading up to arrival and how he explained the issue he found. If we ever have more plumping needs Klug Plumbing will be our first call!

The first time we had a sewer line clog (from tree roots) we called a national chain. They wanted to dig up our sewer line and replace it. Called Klug for a second opinion and they found it was just tree roots, snaked it, recommended an occasional preventative clean out every couple years. That was 20 years ago. We have been using them ever since for any plumbing issues. Professional, personable, respectful, effective, fast and local. I can't think of a better company to support. I know they also do new construction and renovations. I wouldn't call anyone else for our plumbing jobs.

Normally I don't write reviews, but I saw that Bob's rating on yelp was not representative of his work. He just left here after replacing a bunch of pipes in my basement. We are having a large electrical box installed. All the pipes in the area needed moved. Bob did a great job of doing the work and explaining what he was doing. I would recommend him without issue.

I found Bob Klug to be totally professional, punctual, and a very hard worker. The job was an emergency gas meter shut-off due to a leak, he came quickly, at the agreed time and was able to do the work in a timely fashion. He cleared out 2 shrubs that were in the way of the new gas line, disposed of the the debris, restored the area. I would recommend him highly.

Called and talked to the owner early in the week who told me that he would be at my house that coming Friday to look at the possibility of having some work done. I re-arraigned my day to be there. Some one called a 1/2 hr before the scheduled time to cancel. They apologized and said someone would be out early the next week and that they would call. No call....nobody came out. They would not return calls. I finally tried to contact by e-mail and their response was that I should look elsewhere for a plumber. I guess I had the audacity to comment on the fact that no one returned my calls. How foolish of me! Just another, ""My time is more important than yours"" plumber. Stay far away from these deadbeats.
