I called them on a weekend and they were able to walk me through where I needed to cut the outside water off which saved me from the higher weekend emergency rate! Socco came out the following week and was fantastic. He replaced both of my broken outside spigots. He gave me an estimate, with worst case which would include cutting through drywall. He was able to fix without having to do that much to my relief. He was right on time with what was scheduled and was very professional and courteous. If you need plumbing services, I would highly recommend.

I've called on KLP twice now (crappy builder grade piping that's nearly 30 years old) to repair a leak. They'll come same day or when you need them. Fast professional work with a very fair price. Always prompt, courteous, friendly and professional I will continue to call on KLP for whatever plumbing surprises come up next.

our septic pump went out, KLP replaced that, but the lid was corroded and needed to be replaced. 2 WEEKS LATER still no lid, and no followup phone call from Kenny or his helpers. When WE called THEM 1 week out we were told the lid was """"hard to find"""" (on Amazon, universal replacement), called them at 2 weeks (not happy obviously) indicated this was a make or break - response? """"well fire us"""" then got hung up on. DO NOT use these guys... very unreliable.
