This dude, Ed Klotz, did work for my mother, who is elderly. He charged her $92, which is no big deal, but then after handing him a check she decided to pay cash instead. Then she was looking for the check to void it out and asked Ed about it. He told her he gave it back to her. She told him she didn't have it and if he found it to not cash it. Well, yep, 5 months later he cashed it. Don't use this dishonest guy. I'm trying to be nice as possible.

I've used this business for the last time. Mr. Klotz replaced a sump pump where I paid labor rate of $100/hr. in addition to finding out he charged me 70% more than the retain price for the pump he purchased from the local Menards in addition to charging me $52.50 for the travel time to drive to Menard and back to my home. Really? I believe he took advantage of my being a mature, single female home-owner. When I inquired about the price of the sump pump he became very angry and rude to me. I will definitely not be using this plumper again. In addition, the sump pump was to have a lifetime warrantee and I received no proof of purchase in case the pump fails. Women beware. He also attempted to care the old pump through my home dripping dirty water through my living room with brand new carpet (6 months old) and would have done so if I did not garb a trash bin liner and asked him to place the old pump in the liner.
