They send people untrained to do work, unprofessional, rude, do not care about their work or workers, just lining their pockets. Sad. ?

The owners are very rude people. Only care about themselves. Leave everything up to their employees to do and won't help them if they don't know or have questions. But if they do something wrong they get in big trouble. Talk down to employees and customers. Not willing to help out. Just very self absorbed people. And if you like the work that was done by them it's not them doing the work it's the people that work for them that they did not train.

Great experience! We called Sunday afternoon to leave a message about some frozen water lines we had. Low and behold, Scott one of the owners called us back 15 min later. We discussed our issues and he said he'd call us first thing on Mon. morning. 8 am the phone rang just as promised. He said he'd have someone there in the next 1-2 hours. 1.5 hours later two your plumbers showed up, Drake and April. A little skeptical of their abilities due to their age I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Within 15 minutes they were hard at work in the attic attacking the frozen pipes. With Drake in the attic and April running ground operations they had the pipes unthawed and reinsulated. Drake also found that one of the pipes was improperly routed through an exterior wall and ended up rerunning it internally, so we'll never have another frozen line again. I was a welder pipe fitter in the Navy, and I can tell you that these two work just as quickly and efficiently as anyone and rival some of the best people who I've worked with and worked for me. I highly recommend Klopatek Plumbing to anyone who is in need of good quality work with honest hard working and extremely polite employees. Even cleanup was spotless! Ryan N

I had wonderful experience with this company. Even though they were busy they made time to do an emergency job for me. They were courteous and the price was in line with other quotes.

Don't believe the negative reviews. I have to wonder if those are shills from the competition.

Slow to respond, evidently too busy for new business. There's no doubt that finding a decent plumber in this area is a labor of Hercules, but life is too short to work with these guys.

While this is the biggest plumber in town, they are also by far the most expensive. One-and-a-half to two times more than the other plumbers in town. If I were you, I would get several estimates.
