Hi,
Kliensservices serviceman Patrick was excellent.
We called to get septic tanks pumped and Patrick took many pictures before and after tank cleaning. He took pictures of the baffles and gas deflectors and explained what he was doing. The serviceman actually had a feeling of satisfaction, doing the cleaning, which he shared with us.
Thanks,
Chris G.

Worst experience I have ever had. We had some back-up in our basement, so we called and they send out a guy (Kevin). He snakes out the line without getting anything moving, so he tells me he has gone 100 feet and believes it must be somewhere in the city's portion of the sewer. He tells us that he'll contact the city and he would be back with them the following week. Then nothing happens. 5 days later we call and talk to Hannah. She did not know anything, but would check and get back to us. Did not happen. A few days later we call again, talked to different someone who also didn't know anything, but would check and get back to us. Didn't happen, again. We called back a third time, explained our situation and were told that he left a message, but she did not know what. She also was going to find and and get back to us. Yeah, right. And then, we found Kevin's number from when he called up to let us know he was on his way. So we called him. We left him a voice mail explaining out situation, that we did not get any messages, and please call. Totally ignored. This is beyond back service. Now we are having a winter storm, and the sewage is backing up in out basement. Frustrating is not a good enough word for this. Beyond bad customer service

I contacted Kline's when our business had an issue with our sludge tank, the tank was not draining. The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone told me she had no idea what would need to be done and that she would have to send someone out to test our tank. I explained to her that our employees were standing in water and that it was an emergency. She then said she would have to refer me to a salesperson. I did not hear from this sales person for 3 days. Thank goodness I reached out to another service provider that was able to come out the same day and jet out a drain.

For years we received excellent service in the Oley, Pa. area from a company that you recently bought out. We have five tanks that need service, and excellent credit. I called today to schedule service and was told invoices are no longer mailed, they're e-mailed because you are environmentally friendly (which is a whole other story- but it's okay for me to print one). Then I'm told the terms are strictly credit card or COD! I need my service provider to pump the tanks and leave an invoice. I'm fully aware that can create problems with some customers; however, I'm not among that crowd. The bottom line is today you lost five tanks!

My Son and daughter in law had raw sewage coming up in their basement when the dishwasher ran. Their house is approximately 100 years old but in very good condition. We called two other drain opening companies, both responded and both failed to open the drain saying we needed to get a plumber. So I called my plumber and he said call Kline's . So I did and they came and encountered the same difficulties that the previous two guys had. However the technician from Klein's after encountering some difficulty said that he was going to make a couple of phone calls to two other guys he works with who have 40 years combined experience. He came back and said they just told me to try what I just did but I'm gonna try one more thing. His persistence paid off, the drain was opened and flowing freely. I was impressed with the knowledge the technician displayed and his willingness to call for help in solving the problem was impressive to me. The tech was a true professional and he was genuinely concerned and wanted to help with our problem. I would recommend these guys to anybody and so would my plumber. He charge me $300 for the service. It was good Friday afternoon. The other two guys Would have had me digging up the yard at a cost of thousands of dollars which I didn't have to spend.

Don't let the logo fool you. I'm embarrassed to have the same name! They have untrained and unqualified technicians. $200 for the first hour and $40 each additional 15 minutes. The technician was inexperienced and may have caused further damage by blasting 9,0000psi into our system which took him an hour to do without investigating the cause. We now have a brass cap in our lines. We'll have to pay to have excavation to remove it. So if you have a ton of money and nowhere to spend it, call Kline Septic.

After having a smell of gasoline in our house and ruling out about everything else we called Kline's. They were able to come out that day. Their technician was not only professional but very knowledgeable. He quickly determined that it was not our sewer but our shared line. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need, but he did say since we were being charged for the service call we might as well clean the line. He ended up running into our shared line and figured out someone was dumping solvents into the sewer line past our house. He wrote a very detailed report which both the Fire Marshall and City Code Enforcement were impressed with!!

As a long time landlord, I have used these guys a few times and ALWAYS have been pleased. Other companies can open drains well, but these guys also have good prices. The service from the office is very friendly and helpful.

Hope they keep up the great work!
