Unfortunately, I had an unexpected need to replace my main water line and gas lines in my home. The lines were corroded needing to be replaced immediately. Klines Plumbing gave me a fair quote and thorough explanation on the process of the project.
Throughout the project there were unforeseen issues arise, but I was kept informed and Kline was able to provide solutions.

I was pleased with their work and had them do other jobs such as install a gas line to my fire pit. I will be using them for future projects.

Joe Sr and Joe Jr are awesome. Both professional, kind, helpful and so knowledgeable. My sink was leaking at the on and off valves underneath and Joe Jr showed up on time, took care of it and went over and above to get us up and running for Thanksgiving. The price was reasonable. Joe Kline peresonally answered the phone and he was professional and knowledgeable. He called the morning of the appointment to tell me that the technician was on his way, and he arrived promptly on the day and time that was scheduled. The technician inspected the bathroom sink that was backing up and pulled back a lot of roots, and got the sink to work and drain well again. It's rare to find a plumbing company that does honest work and charges fair prices these days. I will use Kline Plumbing again for all of my plumbing needs and repairs. Thank you, Joe!

Called to schedule for an appt and got very timely and reliable response. The next day I was called again to confirm someone's coming. Mario the plumber came and checked everything out, offered a reasonable quote then got started on the job right away (bc mine is a rather small project). He's knowledgeable and organized, fixed the items one by one and cleaned after. He's also patient to answer many of my questions and offer suggestions. I'm planning for my next plumbing project and will for sure go with Kline, definitely recommend!

I was referred to this company by a independent plumber whose schedule was too busy too handle my job. The Kline representative called me back promptly. When the gentleman arrived, after a initial review, I was advised that they would need to do a leak test. He gave me a cost estimate. He did not push the issue. He did say they would have to come back as the testing equipment was not with him I agreed to the leak test.

The next day they arrived within 10-minutes of their appointment time. Two person crew was very pleasant. They answered my periodic questions, even after explaining what they were going to do. After extensive testing they gave me their suggested solutions. Again, non-pushy. Based on the research I had did, they were very competitive. They also kept cleaning during the process. They made me feel very comfortable.

I held him up by getting to know the guy because he's so personable; would've finished faster if I just let him work.
