I was referred to this company by a independent plumber whose schedule was too busy too handle my job. The Kline representative called me back promptly. When the gentleman arrived, after a initial review, I was advised that they would need to do a leak test. He gave me a cost estimate. He did not push the issue. He did say they would have to come back as the testing equipment was not with him I agreed to the leak test.

The next day they arrived within 10-minutes of their appointment time. Two person crew was very pleasant. They answered my periodic questions, even after explaining what they were going to do. After extensive testing they gave me their suggested solutions. Again, non-pushy. Based on the research I had did, they were very competitive. They also kept cleaning during the process. They made me feel very comfortable.

I don't know how many people my wife and I called to replace our leaking water heater. Kline's gave us the best estimate over the phone. Joe Kline Jr. came on time and worked fast! I held him up by getting to know the guy because he's so personable; would've finished faster if I just let him work. Either way, the whole process was easy and it was due to great communication and responsiveness on their part. Price was great compared to all the other places we checked and we're extremely happy with the quality of work and speed of service! We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

I found Klines thru an internet search when we discovered we might have a slab leak. The project was complicated as we have a flat roof and no attic. They did a thorough inspection and cut into the walls to discover we had some original galvanized pipes and indeed confirmed a slab leak. We decided to go ahead have them repipe the house. The project was complicated but these guys handled it with ease and completed it in less than a week. Overall I'm very happy with the job they did and so glad it's done! Note they are dog and kid friendly which was a huge plus as we decided to stay in the house as the work was being completed. Highly recommend for any job small or huge like ours was! Our toilet wasn't flushing properly still, even after replacing the flush valve and flapper myself. I didn't know if there was more to it that was causing the issue. I was recommend Kline Plumbing by a friend. So I gave them a call first thing in the morning and spoke with Joe the owner and he was able to accommodate us on a same day appointment around noon.

Tony arrive at 11am! Very professional and helpful. He even gave me kudos on the work I had done already. Tony gave me his thoughts on what could possibly be causing the flush issue. And sure enough it was what he thought was the issue. It was a quick fix. I really liked the fact that Tony not only fixed the issue but also explained to me the work done and tested it out in front me and also let me test it myself while he there. It ended up being the flapper which was replaced and also gave me recommendation for the toilet lever.

The issue was a rather simple fix but I think the pricing seemed fair to me given the excellent responds time. Very professional all around. I would highly recommend Klines Plumbing to neighbors, friends and family in the area.
