My daughter bought a fixer upper type home recently with some really bad water/sewage lines & hot water heater that needed replacing. Klenow Plumbing came right out, gave an estimate on the entire list provided and was available to do the work the next week. I called a second time for a different item same week-they came out and fixed it the same day! The guys that did the job were kind and dealt with me in a very professional manner. They will have my business should I need plumbing or any of the other numerous services they provide! Adam and team were easy to work with and didn't make me feel as if my job was too small! Pricing worked with our budget as well. I would highly recommend them!

I contacted this plumber based on other reviews with one in particular. This one review was of some who lived a distance from his mother's home, could not complete the work himself and needed someone they could trust. The review was nothing but positive. So, I did the same with my mother living near 200 miles away. We discussed that a new hot water heater was needed and a sump pump replaced. Models were picked and an installation date and time was set. They were on time, efficient and informative for my mother. My mother now has new household equipment she can now rely on and a plumbing contractor she now can trust as will I. Thank you!

This is the second time we called for different leaks. Both times we got same day service. The service person was nice and polite. Wasn't bothered by our dog.

Diagnosed problem quickly and fixed them promptly. Price was reasonable.
Will definitely use again if needed.

We thought our recently reinstalled toilet was leaking and found Adam through Yelp. He came within one day and after checking, told us it was simply the tank sweating. I was embarrassed, but more relieved that it wasn't a leak. I asked about the service call fee, and he said there was no charge. In my area, most plumbers charge at least $50 to step in the door. Needless to say, I asked for business cards so I can recommend him far and wide.

Adam is reliable and dependable, flexible too. I hired him for an outdated sink faucet that needs to be replaced eventually. He got the water to come out stronger and it didn't take him long at all. He's able to take payments by card, which I greatly appreciated. I didn't have to take off work! He finished the job and offered suggestions for replacing it with an appropriate amount of an estimate. I regret not using him for my tub faucet project.

Had to get an old sink faucet replaced. Came the very next day right on time. Even though it was missing a few pieces to get it hooked up right, he had all the parts and hot the job done super quick. Very reasonable prices for the work done. Highly recommend them.

They're competent plumbers but the rudest people I've ever met. Don't even bother saying hi when they show up because they'll just grunt and roll their eyes. I've hired them once myself and have had them do work for family twice and all 3 experiences I've had with them has been the same. They should change their slogan to ""Klenow & Sons: Service with a Sigh...""
