We had a leak in the floor at our toilet. Keith came and took care of it and did a great job! We had never used him before but now I can say he is the ONLY plumber I would ever use again! He fixed the leak completely, cleaned up after he was finished and to be redundant ""did a great job!"" His price was unbelievably reasonable. We also had gotten several estimates for re-piping our house and he gave us a very reasonable estimate. So much so, that we plan on using him when we do re-pipe our house. Keith, look for a call from me in the next couple of weeks. You are definitely the guy to do the job! He also took the extra time to explain everything he was doing and what he was going to do with the re-pipe job. John (my husband) came home early and Keith took the time to go over everything again with him. He gave us several options and I am happy with them all. He will definitely be doing the re-pipe on our house.
Don't confuse him with Kline plumbing. It's ""KEITH KLEIN PLUMBING""

We had a stopped kitchen drain. We call the smell good guys and they would not even try to snake the drain out all they wanted to do was a $500 hydro flush or replace the drain service to the curb. Called Klein late on a Friday afternoon, before a long week end, and they were able to fit us in and clear the drain. I will call no one else in the future. THANKS KEITH !

Every project Klein plumbing has completed for us has been of the highest quality. Klein plumbing completely replumed our home very quickly about a year & a half ago. We haven't had a single problem with it since. We recently had an issue with a facet handle breaking and Keith went above & beyond trying to locate a replacement part. Klein Plumbing has done everything from installing a new water heater to installing a new kitchen faucet for us.
While completing projects, the workers always leave things as clean & tidy as possible. They have never left a mess in our home and always try to make it so that you can use your facilities if it's a multi day project.
Keith Klein is very nice & genuine. We feel 100% at ease with him working on our home-even when we aren't there.
For every project he has been very respectful of the budget. When we were thinking about remodeling our bathroom, he had great ideas we never would have though of. Every vendor he has recommended us to has been of equally fantastic quality. The tile guy & dry wall guy he referred us to were great.
We aren't always the easiest clients to work with-we sometimes take a while to make decisions. But Keith has always had patience for us.
The customer service with Klein plumbing is fantastic and clearly their priority! We regularly recommend them.

Keith came to the house despite a busy schedule. I had already purchased some parts to repair the water main at the bib that had burst. He used my parts and his to repair the galvanized pipe. He was polite, friendly and very professional. The price he charged was more than fair and reasonable. His helper was also very professional and friendly. He worked hard as Keith's apprentice. Keith Klein runs Klein Plumbing and he is awesome! Do not confuse this company with another place called Kline Plumbing, as they do not offer the same professional service I recently discovered as they are a completely different company. I've called Klein Plumbing to my home in Glendora on three different occasions for different issues over the years, and each time the problem was explained to me during the initial estimate phase, I was charged a fair price, and then the problem was fixed accordingly. I appreciate the friendly and honest service Klein Plumbing provides.

TIP: There is another plumbing company that has a similar name to KLEIN PLUMBING. When you search for it, make sure you are calling the right person. Keith own Klein Plumbing, the other one is owned by a different person. I made the mistake of calling the other plumber to realize that it was not Keith.

I highly recommend Klein Plumbing. As a first time home owner, a lot can go wrong and everything is expensive to fix. We have used a few other plumbers, and they did not seem to solve the problem and just wanted to nickel and dime us. Our neighbor gave us Keith's number and told us that he is great and we can trust him. With Keith, you don't have to worry about being overcharged for poor work. We had a leakage and as soon as Keith was back from vacation, he came right out over with his crew to fix the problem. My husband and I trust him and his company with all of our plumbing needs.

Well, today is Sunday and I have a clogged pipe and the water is flooding the hallway of one of the units I manage, they advertise 24 hours, but the way it looks, it looks like a non answer and no response, they are not 24 hours. False advertisement!!
