I had a clogged footing drain that was creating sitting water in my basement. I called in the morning and luckily they were able to come out that day to inspect and then clear the blockage. The lines of communication were always open and provided me with pictures, and video in order for me to keep for my records and share with my insurance company. I hope I never have to call them again, but if I do, this will be the company I call...

A word of caution. Be sure to get a quote before having any service done. I requested service on a clogged basement sink and a slow draining sink in the bathroom. It took one person 2.5 hours and $9.95 in parts. The total bill was $559.95 (less a senior/2nd job discount) which made the bill $463.
That calculates out to over $181 per hour.
When I complained, stated that they do not work hourly but rather by the job. A clog is a flat $275 each.
I would never have agreed to pay $275 for a slow draining sink.
When I complained they offered me $25 back because I was not given a quote prior to work done.
The service was performed adequately but the charges in my opinion are gouging.

We can not say enough good things about this company. Our plumbing had an issue we though was very serious. Unable to use our kitchen, laundry room or lower bathroom plumbing. Saw the great reviews and gave them a call around 2pm. Thought we would have to wait days. They said they could be there in a couple hours. We were so happy. Terrance called letting us know he would be here in 25 minutes. Terrance was extremely professional and fixed our problem in an hour!! Thank you Terrance for saving us from a stressful weekend! We highly recommend this company for any plumbing issue.

Professional from start to finish. He got back to me quickly, made an appt for the next day, was running late but called to let me know. Was told the day before it would be $275 to $375 based on what I had. Snaked the 30 ft pipe in the basement, unclogged it, gave me advice for the future, and double checked the system. In the end, $275 with no upselling, issues, or surprises. If only cardiac surgery was this easy. He was careful about bringing equipment into the house, cleaned up, and now I'm good for another 30 years!.

Sure I would call Terrance again if I had an issue.

I have been dealing with a slow draining bathroom sink/tub for a long time. It has been like that since we moved in and really frustrating. No one knew how to fix it.

It is embarrassing to have the shower fill to your ankles before it drains. We were going to try another plumber and really wanted to get it fixed because we had family visiting,

Klear Klogs told us if they can't fix the problem we don't have to pay. So we decided to give them a try.

Terrance got there right on time and he fixed our drain in 45 minutes. It works better than I have ever seen it.

Normally I dont advertise business and some may think its a joke but, my drains in my house were blocked and I called a ""Drain Expert"" to clean them out. Being a 48 year old house you can expect problems like this. The first guy said I needed a new sewer line ans quoted me $10k-$15k to resolve the issue. I was shocked and frankly panicked. I called another company for a second opinion.

Terrence from Klear Klogs came to my house, identified the problem as a town issue, called them, met with them, advocated for me and stayed till the problem was resolved. Sure, I paid him for his work. But, $350 for a true expert who looks out for you is worth more. He saved me from a thief and saved my basement from flooding with sewer water. What an awesome Guy.

Terry from Klear Klogs came to the house today to help me with what turned out to be a defunct dry well. He was polite, cheerful and hard working and let me tell you this was a nasty job. The price was very reasonable. I recommend and trust Klear Klogs.
