7/5 would recommend. Very quick to communicate and schedule. Very professional and clean. Had the AC working within 20 min of arriving. Did not try to upsell anything. Explained in detail what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. Also explained in detail recommendations moving forward and why, but didnt push to sell anything else. Good, honest quality service.

SAVED MY 84 y.o. MOM'S & MY DAY/WEEK!! Incredible service! Mom's 84 in Summerville, I live in California... Right off the bat, Sammy, the biz owner, responded, within 5 mins of yelp request. He gave me a price that was flat rate and VERY reasonable. Didn't need to set appt to come (days later) to give an estimated (over-priced) bid. (All via yelp msging) I told him I was going to buy new Rheem water heater at Home Depot. He offered to pick it up to save me the delivery charge and not charge more money!$$$ He could do it same day or next AM. I AGREED. Bought unit online from Home Depot in Summerville. Made him the contact pickup person. Sent him the order #. He picked it up. Took out & away the old unit (rusted out bottom) and put in brand new unit / cleaned up the mess) this was all done by 7pm on the SAME DAY!! I didn't order the unit until almost 1pm. He msged me a chase bank credit card payment link to pay. Easy & secure. My Mom was VERY HAPPY & GRATEFUL to Sammy at KLC. I was so HAPPY with how it all turned out I asked him if he had Venmo or cash app and sent him more money $$ directly!! Very grateful... DEFINITELY CHOOSE SAMMY if you need REAL HELP and need a good Friend in the Plumbing or HVAC BIZ.

We found our guy! After years of an inadequate HVAC system in our home, going without HVAC for months on end, and spending a lot of money for repairs that never worked, we finally found a responsive , ethical, and skilled HVAC person. Whew! Sammy, the owner of this company, visited, made a quick fix, and gave us a SUPER reasonable estimate for a long term fix. In the end, we replaced our HVAC with Sammy and have been very pleased. During this entire HVAV mess, we had a plumbing issue and guess what - Sammy handles that, too. Super informative, helped us with the best pricing, problem solved! Sammy is the business owner and technician. He answers the phone, provides the estimates, and does the work. His colleague who helped was equally great when helping us. We are confident in this company, felt very comfortable that we paid a reasonable fee, and are thankful to have someone we trust to call. Call KLC - you will be glad you did!

They were on time.They very promotional answered all my questions. Gave me upfront pricing. They cleaned everything up before he left. I will be call them if I have any more problems.

A problem came up with a stopped up toilet... several yelp plumbers responded and KLc said they could Come on the same day...which they did. The cost was a bit high, but they Strongly suggested that I get a second opinion. I decided to have them do the work Which they did and everything is working fine. I believe that the drain is working much better than before and the toilet functions fine. The two young men that did the work were courteous, efficient and They left everything clean I would highly reccomend this company. Thank you

Kyle is the owner of this company. I have a printed invoice from the previous installer clearly showing that they are the ones who installed the brand new TRANE unit that currently has a cracked evaporator coil. Kyle will inform you that, since he has no proof showing who originally installed your unit, he can not honor the labor warranty of the replacement unit he puts in...even if you have proof to show him about the original installer. TRANE told me that they will pay for the replacement part as long as I show them that I have already paid the installer and that the original installer does not have to be the one to do the replacement. Kyle's concern tonight was for me to keep my mouth shut while he talks and then tell me that I am being rude and disrespectful if I don't do as he instructs me to. What he doesn't know is that I have already been in contact with TRANE and they have already given me the information I need to get the replacement installed. Kyle told me that if I don't do as he says I will be stuck paying what other installers are charging because I am not doing as he says. He also told me that he is saving me thousands of dollars and since I am not doing as he instructed and disrespecting him in front of his daughter, that he isn't going to help me. Kyle has a GOD complex and I have no idea why he's telling me something different than what TRANE has already told me. The situation with the original installer is already in a bad place. Hiring Kyle with knowledge that he isn't going to honor his labor warranty makes the situation worse. The previous installer made similar statements Kyle made about HVAC units not being made the way they used to be. Had the previous installer mentioned to me before I purchased the TRANE units from him...that they are prone to having cracked evaporator coils or that they were having any issue at all...I would never have purchased the TRANE units. I don't know anyone who would be happy to listen to Kyle tell them after paying over $22,000.00 on two TRANE units, that he'll put the replacement in but he isn't going to honor his labor warranty on the new unit he puts in. Kyle's quote is only $300.00, less than the owner of the original installment company. So Kyle didn't save me thousands like he is claiming he's doing. This is Kyle's text to me: I yelled at him not to call me anymore and never used profanity while speaking with him. """"Please do not contact me or my company anymore. You are placed on a do not call list and I really do not appreciate you using profanity and yelling at me in front of my family on a after hours call because somebody else put a system in your house and now will not cover the cost of repairs. I gave you several opportunities to talk to me respectfully and you refused. My system works at home and in all of my customers Homes. I was trying to be respectful and told you absolutely became outraged on a system that we have never even seen before let alone never seen your house before. We helped several customers in the communities around us and not once have we provided a quote to a customer that has been thousands less and have them scream in my face. We will never do work for you and please remove us from your call log."""" Like I said...GOD complex. Your tone is not like it was on the phone. Especially since what you are now typing...Yelp can see. The only thing you wanted to make clear to me on the phone is that you weren't going to honor """"your labor warranty"""" on a unit that you were going to install. As I wrote in the review...I had no knowledge prior to purchase...that most of the HVAC systems on the market today are all having issues. Your demeaning tone while instructing me to keep my mouth shut while you speak is very unprofessional and similar to a dictator. There was no slander on your website about your company, but you definitely lied by posting that I called you after 9pm. My cell phone definitely shows you calling me after 9:12pm, so you lied about that, as I didn't call you. I messaged you on Yelp to find out if you still wanted to look at the unit this evening since it was so late already. You also failed to mention in your post that I put a HVAC request on Yelp and you initially called me earlier in the evening, 5:41pm to be exact. So, I never made any phone calls to you...both times...you were the one who called me. I can show that to Yelp as well. So, with both of those lies comes the third lie, you accusing me of using profanity. You were not trying to work with me to do something out of the goodness of your heart...you were clearly trying to get out of having anything to do with this situation. I would have been fine with you telling me that you want nothing to do with this situation because you didn't like what the prior installer was saying about TRANE. That would've been the honest thing to do. As per my entry above, TRANE informed me that any installer could be used per their warranty.
