Klaus sent two fellows to give us a quote for a pretty big job. They left saying we'd get the quote in a day or two. After I called and emailed four times, and a week later, they sent a quote. I, of course went with someone else. Not very cool.

After Golden State Water worked on the water mains, I lost almost complete flow to the cold water supply in my kitchen. Chris came out and quickly diagnosed the issue as a clogged supply line. He installed a new line, checked and cleaned the faucet cartridge and I have better pressure than before the clog happened. While he was here, I had him replace the hot water side as well, since it had reduced flow ever since the faucet had been replaced a couple of years ago.

We called on Klaus again when we started having hot water problems. We were fortunate to get Tyler again to come and inspect. He gave us a very detailed estimate with various options depending on what they found when they opened the walls. While it was an expensive job, based on prior experience with Klaus, we went ahead with the work without getting another estimate. Tyler and his crew again were great, and were able to complete the work in a single day, including fixing a leak under the house which we were not aware of. I would recommend Klaus and Sons without reservation.

I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of Dispatcher (Monica?) and Technician Jake. Monica was very helpful in helping me get a Technician out to the house when I was available. Even called me back to see if I was available for yesterday . Jake was very good at explaining everything that he needed to do and the recommendations(no up selling). He was very quick and thorough with his work and was very professionally done. I have and still will use Klaus and Son's for my home needs.

This company could not be better. I am so happy to find a reliable plumber. I have had bad experiences with several locally. Some I forced to correct their work and the eventually did som, but after quite a hassle. (I once prosecuted licensees for the Contractors' State License Board, so I know my remedies). Others simply left me with damage to my house. I was running out of possibilities for someone competent and reliable.

This company was heads and shoulders above all the others in professionalism from the very beginning.

I had a difficult problem - removal of bolt in my very old toilet - that another company could not manage. The removal had to be done without breaking the toilet, otherwise I was faced not only with replacing the toilet, but - because of the way the original toilet and surrounding tile were positioned - replacing my entire bathroom floor. Jesse , the service manager, and his partner got the job done - sparing me untold grief. And they also replaced and upgraded the innards of the toilet. I am so happy I found them. They came well recommended, but so did some others. They are the only ones, in my experience, who merited the rave reviews.

We have a 70 year old Ward floor heater that stopped working earlier this month (October); we knew chilly weather was coming but who do you call to fix a vintage floor furnace? We tried Klaus & Sons and they really came through! If you need a furnace fixed that may beyond the expertise of other companies, give Klaus & Sons a try.

These guys are sort of our family plumbers. They've been taking care of my folks house in Upland, CA ever since my dad died in 1998. What a godsend they were when we first called them after a major house pipe failed as my dad lay peacefully under hospice care at home. Klaus showed up and quickly, quietly went to work. I've been very happy with Klaus & Sons. Called for an air conditioner repair and David came out that very day. It's older equipment and David gave us logical and great recommendations to do everything he could to keep it going without the cost of replacement.
