We will not use any other company for all things plumbing and HVAC related. We have had a number of issues in our older home and we can always count on Klaus & Sons to fix it right and at a fair price. They also get to use right away. We've even had them remodel one of our bathrooms and it turned out beautifully. I would give them 6 stars if I could. THE BEST!

At 6:30 PM the plumbing backed up and the water started flowing out of the toilets and shower drains. I called Klaus & Sons after-hours on a Friday. Within a few minutes I was talking to the on-call plumber, Sal. He arrived within 45 minutes, quickly assessed the situation and made two recommendations from which I could choose. The plumber was friendly and worked quickly. Within an hour the problem was solved and the toilets were once again flushing. All this was done cleanly and efficiently. We will definitely use Klaus & Sons Plumbing again should the need arise.

I called with a leak in my main water line from meter to house. They were out within the hour and gave me a VERY reasonable quote. I accepted and they began work immediately. They were very conscientious about my yard with putting everything back as close as possible, when you need to dig and lay 70 feet of pipe. I was given a second hose bib off my water softener so I can wash my car with soft water and then installed a cut off valve for my irrigation separate from my house! Was super cute excited about those 2 added features! The crew was very professional and hard working. Whew. They were fast and efficient. I will definitely call this company again for ANY plumbing needs. I found out the also do heating and a/c. I will call them for that too. I met both Klaus & son. Super friendly and honest. 10 stars!!!

Warning, Only warranty work for 90 days!!! December 2019, had Klaus and Sons fix a simple leak coming from the drain in our tub. By July 2020, it leaked again from the same place. I called assuming they would stand by their work and fix the issue, instead they informed me they only warranty their work for 90 days...what's the point of having a warranty if you're only back up your work for a few months?!?!? Beware!!!

My shower handle broke off - Klaus and sons office responded by having Chris show up the same day I called in- what amazing service. Chris was professional, friendly ,polite ,clean , COVID safe and aware. Repaired the shower handle even went out of the way to get us an additional part - then checked the water pressure- (only was at 120 ouch! Normal is 75-80). which proves we did need a new regulator as house is 40+ years ( north upland location) thank goodness he had one in the truck ! Klaus and sons will now be my go to place.
