little costly on the labor had a warranty water tank put in all i had to do was pay the labor which was very high but they were in and out in about a half hour and the did very good work so far so good.

They do poor work. They charge additional fees for new parts never replaced any parts. The son, who did my job was upset because had my work and broke two turn off valves on water lines. Consequently had another plumber come today they didn't install the right water tank replacement valve blew off, flood bathroom and tank closet where is located. They do horrible work and can't be trusted.

I have American Home Shield home warranty insurance so when my water heater started leaking I put in an order for repair or replacement. They had K & K call to set up the service call when they arrived the tech. immediately told me I needed to install an Expansion Tank with the new water heater it was city code, also American Standard would not honor the warranty without it , extra cost $125 for the tank $150 for the extra plumbing. I have had 3 other plumbers install new water tanks over the years and never heard of the Expansion Tank so I called the city to check on the code requirements, turns out that is not required and after checking with American Standard it is not required for there warranty either. So I refused the tank but because they had brought a shorter Water Tank to make room for the Expansion Tank they had to add plumbing to reach the shorter Tank charging me the additional $150. The 3 other Plumbers simply took out my old Tank and put in a new one of the same height with no extra cost involved. I would"" never"" recommend K & K Plumbing to anyone .

Had a hot waters heater install yesterday by K&K, Lowes charge me $486.00 for the total installation, K&K plumbing charge me and additional $110.00 for small pipe + valve!! K&K should not have charge the additional monies according to the general manager at Lowe's + during the taken the water heater to basement a large dent was found after installer left at button of heater. I seen better treatment!!! and I am disappointed of K&K.

Eric & his team have not only taken care plumbing issues in our former home but have installed & serviced items in our new one. He's trustworthy, dependable, prompt & goes the extra mile. He recently serviced my home & took care of things in such a way so I wouldn't have to travel & miss yet another day of work. I slept without worry that night.
