He was extremely responsive by phone and text and went above and beyond helping me navigate the hoops and red tape of my warranty policy. He advocated for a product upgrade when the warranty company only approved a 50-gallon replacement tank for my 65-gallon water heater, and ultimately helped me identify an option with an available energystar tax credit to offset the costs. Will absolutely be calling him for future plumbing needs.

Our water heater began leaking. We did a search to find a plumber and got an immediate response from Kurt of KJM Plumbing. Within hours, he came and looked at the situation and gave us a quote. The next day at 7:30 he was here to replace the water heater. By 8:30 it was installed. He spent the next 30 minutes cleaning up. We a very happy with his work.
