I had 2 pipe leaks in 3 days of each other near my hot water heater. They fixed the first on but didn't recognize the second. When i called them a called them about the they came over, guy was nice and repaired the leak quickly. It was a $20 part plus labor. I asked about the bill. The plumber said he would only bill me for an hour of Labor. The following month i got a $345 bill. When i asked what the labor rate was so i could get a break down of the bill they refused to answer. Crooks.

First the cancelled then they came late. The guy was in a hurry cause they had a ""government job and you can't be late to those"". What am I? Nobody cause I'm not a government job? He did not find any leak. He pointed to a glob of grass growing and said the leak is down there. I said, ""How do you know?"" He says, ""because I said so"". No digging. No checking the water meter at the street. Nothing. He just sees some grass in the planter in the yard and decides the leak is under there. I asked him to dig to show me but he couldn't take the time, even though they had cancelled on me one day and kept me waiting for hours on this day. I didn't pay them and requested a second opinion. The owner/manager refused my calls and refused to come out and re-evaluate. They put a lien on my property. Go anywhere else besides here. 2 years later and I'm still getting harrassing calls, even with the lien.

They are the agent company my landlord uses and while they fixed my leaking shower faucet, they switched the hot and cold ports. A little bit of a nuisance but not what I expected.
