Tina T.The Monday of Thanksgiving I called KJD plumbing to set up an appointment because my hot water heater was making loud whistling noises. The only time they had available was for Friday, 4 days later. I scheduled the appointment, hoping my water heater wouldn't blow up before they came. Friday morning I get a phone call from KJD saying they have to cancel my appointment because one of their repeat customers needed them. So I waited 4 days, and they canceled my appointment for another customer who called them Friday morning. This business is very unprofessional and I DO NOT recommend them, they are unreliable.
