Outstanding! Jim at Kizen Plumbing was very responsive and knowledgeable. He knew what was needed and had the parts. He got out to repair the issue as quickly as possible and coordinated with the management of our resort. He was amazing as he fixed the issue faster than expected without having to shut down the water in several neighboring units to fix our leak! And he was reasonably priced. He also answered questions and did not apply a one-price-per-all-jobs quote popular with some other plumbing companies. I would highly recommend him! Great overall experience.

My traditional water heater stopped working so I decided to transition to a Navien tankless water heater. I called Jim with Kizen and he thoroughly described the benefits, options, installation process, expected costs as well as some relevant rebates and a possible tax credit that could help offset some of the cost. I had many questions and he addressed all of them to the point that I was confident in moving forward quickly with him. He showed up the next day on time, delivered exactly what he said he would at the price he quoted and completed the job within the time he estimated. There were a few challenges during the install that could have opened the door to increased costs, but Jim found a way to overcome each challenge, and as I noted, he stuck to his original quote. It was a pleasure working with such a knowledgeable and experienced professional. Not only do I highly recommend Jim, but I am already planning to use him again to resolve a separate drain issue that another plumber was unable to fully address a while back.

I've lived in LA 17 years and been a condo owner twice now, I've worked with a lot of plumbers and by far Jim is the BEST one I've known, He is very patient, and explains everything, communicative, and sincerely seems to want to help out . He was very responsive on texts as well and friendly. Where are all the friendly plumbers in this world? He also gave me advice on upkeeping of my toilet. Unlike some Plumbers I've dealt with who might have bad attitudes and seem like they are overcharging , Jim is straight forward and reasonable . He fixed my clogged toilet, and my leaking tub and was quick and efficient and on time. He got a long with my dog as well, I will recommend him to EVERYONE in the building over our horrible association's Plumbing company. He also takes credit card and you get a convenient receipt.
