What I really liked about the whole experience of getting the entire systems was that there was no pushy sales tactics. Raul came to my house and provided an educational experience of the benefits in having the systems but at no point in time was there a sales pitch. He let me take my time in deciding if I wanted to move forward with the purchase. Within a day I decided to give him a call to get the system.
Once I decided to move forward it literally only took a day for Hector, the installation tech, to come and install the system. Both Hector and Raul were professional and provided exceptional customer service. Overall I recommend Kiwi Water Systems for their punctuality, great customer service, and affordable pricing.

My family and I had been reviewing whole water systems for about 1 year. It was a long, arduous journey of reading on different water systems. My mother has cancer, so we set water as one of our top priorities. We consider it a high quality necessity, in fact. We had multiple companies who came out to our home to discuss their system. Considering all the relevant facts, our family went with Kiwi Water System. Hector from Kiwi visited us on two different occasions, as we were deliberating on which system. At the end of the day, Hector offered us both a superb water system and an economical price. In fact, we were able to pay off the system within 2 weeks.
Plus, Hector provided all relevant information about the system itself, including the below the sink counter drinking water system, the whole house salt system, and the amount of salt to change. Our house has multiple extensions, was installation was tricky, but luckily the tech who installed the system was able to troubleshoot and set up the system the same day. Overall, we went with the right water company. Very professional and highly recommended!

I shopped around for a bit for good prices on a water softening/filter system. Pricing was important in my search but so was warranty and being able to get prompt services later. I went with Kiwi after speaking with Raul, who expertly explained the systems and tested our water. We already had a drinking filter system so opted out of the package that included it, but really appreciated him not pressuring us to replace it. We'll replace with Kiwi once our current system needs it due to the great service we received. Scheduling was easy, both Raul and Hector communicated well to keep me updated. Hector installed our system and answered all my questions. I especially appreciated how Hector was so respectful of our property. The installation was done very neatly and cleanly in our new build home. I didn't know we needed a system until we started seeing calcium spots in our kitchen and bathroom, and only wish I did this sooner. Highly recommend Kiwi if you're looking!
