Just wanted to give a huge shout out to ""Tim M."". When we realized our sump pump had failed over Memorial Day weekend and basement flooding was imminent, he literally dropped what he was doing and came to our house in less than an hour. He obviously has a deep and vast knowledge of all aspects of plumbing. Not only did he have a replacement sump pump on hand and installed it quickly, but he skillfully resolved a few quirky issues with our installation configuration and left our whole pump set up better than it was before. This was all done with good humor, despite him not originally being scheduled to work that weekend, AND for a very very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier. Kittleberger -- Tim M. is a keeper.

To any potential customer - we have used Kittleberger for years and this experience is typical -- a very solid, competent, reliable and reasonable full service plumbing company.

We have been a client of Kittleberger's for many years. Recently, we had a complicated leak which required multiple visits. Don is master plumber who finally corrected the problem. After conversations with Jay in the front office, we were able to resolve the billing issue to the satisfaction of all.

I'm the maintenance manager at a large facility. We discovered a serious, complex plumbing problem during a renovation. Kittelberger came highly recommended. Jay, the owner personally troubleshot the situation and identified a fix that was far simpler than what we initially anticipated. We blocked out two days for the work. His crew showed up early, started exactly on time and installed the new, correct line with an absolute minimum of disturbance to our facilities--they cut a few small access holes in walls and ceilings instead of tearing everything out. They completed the work in one day and left the work area clean.

Highly recommended!

Fantastic, prompt service and literally thousands of dollars cheaper than a big-name competitor. I would highly recommend them.

We always have had great work from these guys. They have never overcharged. In fact they once came and found no problem, so didn't charge at all. James (the owner) is a good diagnostician. We had an emergency last year when winter winds blew open the door to the basement room housing the furnace and water heater, froze lines, and destroyed the existing water heater. A national-brand appliance repair company arrived to ""fix"" the water heater and left it in an unsafe condition. James located the right kind of replacement heater and installed it right away. The heater wasn't cheap, but it is a very good brand, has much better capacity, and the price was reasonable.

Kittleberger really deserves the 5-Stars on this one! I had a 4"" sewer main break over the weekend and they were on the job the very next day in the sun and 100F temperature digging up the line to repair it. The plumbers were very knowledgeable, extremely polite, very professional and made the repairs before we arrived home. They back filled what I had dug up and even cleaned up nicely! Give Kittleberger Plumbing a try you wont be disappointed.

We used them to install a new water line to our fridge and to fix a leaky faucet in our bathroom tub. Each time, they did great work at a reasonable price. They were also extremely nice, and took the time to walk us through the things they were fixing. They earned our trust, and we will definitely use them again in the future. We'd also highly recommend them to anyone else in need of plumbing services.

Had a leak in the kitchen faucet reported from a tenent in a rental property. My management company disptached these guys. The plumber did very little work, they chrage was almost 500.oo for ""fixing"" the leak (we asked the replace the faucet not fix"" now here it is a month later..... leaking again. I called to allow them to correct the poor workmanship or comment. The plumber that did the work was ""No longer with them"" and leaks are common, according to them. I would not recomend them based on the poor work eithics and shotty work.
