Nick is absolutely amazing!

My husband and I discovered a leak near our water heater and washing machine that we weren't sure of what the cause was. He came over the very next morning and assessed that it was due to poor installation of the water heater to very old pipes by the previous owners of our home. He went out to get parts but unfortunately, due to it being the long weekend for Juneteenth, the stores were closed. So Nick came back a few days later, and we then found out that our townhome community has a unique setup where the main water valve that controls all of the water on our block is located at the end unit-- and we also had to do door-to-door knocking to let our neighbors know about the temporary water shut-off during our repair.

Long story short, despite the many steps it took for us to figure it all out, Nick was very patient in working with us every step of the way, and he did an outstanding job-- everything from leak detection to the repair of the pipes and water heater, as well as installing our own main water valve so that we wouldn't have to rely on our neighbor's main water valve. Moving forward, we will always be calling Nick! :)

Nick was so helpful in finding an ongoing leak that other plumbers had not been able to find over the last few years. He genuinely wanted to fix the problem, spent more time than the previous plumbers, instead of just writing off a ticket and calling it a day.
He was very responsive, punctual, and courteous throughout his initial visit. He is also very kind to dogs, which is a big bonus because our dog loves to meet everybody.

Nick is very cordial and courteous. Clearly explained what needed to be done and what could be done and what should be done and made some quality recommendations. He made sure to protect the area from has much dust or dirt as possible and cleaned up after himself and got the job done in an appropriate amount of time. All estimates were upfront and there was no wavering and he even offered to reduce the price on one of the services due to availability.
Highly recommend, and will likely use him for ALL plumbing needs moving forward.

I really wanted to give him a chance and he made all kinds of promises he could not keep. I had brand new granite cut that he then did not protect and so it was covered with solidified drywall. He never once told me he really knew nothing about drywall or paint. He put molding up with silicone instead of caulk which is nearly impossible to paint and so I am going to need to pay to have it all replaced. Many days he said he would be coming and then changed his mind. He worked on this project for over 6 weeks and never finished it. He was willing to take money off of the price but mislead me about all that was done wrong. It is way more money than he told me it would be. He accused me of being unreasonable around cleanliness although I now have drywall dust all over my driveway, my garage, and when I would ask him to clean stuff up, he would say that he would, and then never did. He constantly told me the things I was concerned about were no big deal and he would do them and never did. I have had several folks come to do an estimate to repair what he did wrong and although the tile work was done well, most everything else needs someone to come in and fix. I asked him to try to make this right and he told me he would not.
