I am very very very upset with how unorganized and rude the employees are. The girl over the phone was very very rude and not helpful whatsoever. She also made a comment that I found to be very sarcastic and when she asked my name she made like an oh, as if she was stereotyping me. I asked her name- she laughed and paused. So I repeated myself and she finally answered with, Erin. She needs to be fired immediately.

While driving on the White Horse Pike with my child in the car, an employee for this company poorly tied down one of his ladders attached to the roof of the car. The ladder flew off almost hitting my car causing me to swerve and almost causing an accident. This employee never stopped the car to even see if anyone got hurt. He continued to drive at the same speed while talking on the phone.

I then contacted the company to be disappointed by the reaction of the person I was speaking to. She seemed as if she didn't care about what I had to say about her horrible employee. I am very disappointed and, frankly, will never contact this company for any business. I will also be making sure none of my friends and family have any business with this company either.
