Kissu came out today to unplug a kitchen sink clog. It wasn't the easiest job because the clean-out is in a tight space. Kissu showed up on time and worked diligently to fix our problem. He cleared the blockage and showed me a cleaned out pipe. We are very happy with his work and highly recommend.

Follow-up:
Sadly I'm downgrading our rating. Approximately 2-3 weeks later we noticed the water draining slowly and when we use the dish washer, water backs up into the sink. When I contacted Kissu, he told me we must have done something to clog the pipe. I told him that wasn't possible because after he left, we've been using a sink strainer so only liquids (no oils or fats) have been going down the drain. He offered to come back with a longer snake but charge me more than what he originally charged.

My complaint is he should have used the longer snake in the first place to ensure the entire pipe was cleared and not just the first few feet. Now I have to find another plumber who will do a thorough job and stand by their work.

Long story short We had a leak in our shower and found out no p-trap was  installed . Kissu was prompt in his arrival, the prices were fair and above all, he was a joy to be around. He educated me in all aspects of the repair when most others would have been annoyed by my inquisitive nature. I received a call the next day to make absolutely sure that I was 100% satisfied with the work performed and asked if I needed anything. He even asked me if there was anything he could have done to improve the service which speaks volumes .. I will only use Kirkwood Commercial plumbing all for all house needs including friends and family.. What a great Guy!!

Fantastic experience with Kissu from Kirkwood Plumbing!

Kirkwood came in at a very reasonable cost for the replacement of a hot/cold water dispenser faucet (service costs for plumbing can be so variable in the Bay Area, others wouldn't even provide an estimate without coming onsite), and helped us swap out the filter on the unit as well.

Communication was a breeze leading up to the service, Kissu followed up and let us know when he was 30 minutes out from arrival, and the work was completed efficiently and effectively as well. Will absolutely use again in the future.
