We had a back up in our bathroom that was undergoing renovation plus another toilet that was draining very slowly. Kirk responded right away to my inquiry and was able to get to us quickly (2 other plumbers never responded!) showing up right on time when he said he would. Kirk quickly identified and resolved the issue (a clog in the main drain line before the septic tank) taking lots of time to answer my questions, outlining his logic for addressing the issue, and explaining what was happening as he completed the work. He was very professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He's definitely at the top of my ""to call"" list after this!

Kirk was unknown to me and I called on him just once but certainly was I fully satisfied. He had to tweak a cartridge but clearly did so successfully for the faucet now works as it should. I'll look to him again should something come up.

So happy to have Kirk's Quality Plumbing available as an option to us. Kirk has been to my place twice now and has done a great job for me. He was on time and did the work quickly and with the highest degree of quality. He was very thorough in showing me what was required of the job and did a detailed review of his work for me once he was finished. In addition, he provided parts at reasonable rates and as a bonus, his hourly labor fee was better than the past 2 plumbers I've had to hire. More than 2 thumbs up for Kirk, 6 stars would be appropriate! Thanks, Kirk, If I need another job done, you'll be the first person I call.

We've used some of the other local companies around and not only were they expensive, but they only addressed part of the problem. Kirk came by and tidied up their work and fixed what they couldn't for a fraction of the cost. He's honest, reliable and his labor is top quality and fairly priced. It's hard to find a good plumber and we're glad we found him.
