I want to share with the entire Latino community and all the Washington area the professional and honest work of Shamim / Kirklnad Rooter.
We have a water leak from our upstairs master bathroom to the downstairs kitchen ceiling.
Shamim, took the time to checked the areas and give us feedback on what needed to be done to fix this.
He was Very honest, no pressure and professional.
Very few times have I had a service of this quality.

Shamim and team fixed our sewer connection and installed a new clean-out. They dig under the concrete thus sawing us money on the new pavement work. This was an urgent issue and I appreciate the bias-for-action and quick service.

I had a bathtub faucet leak. I called Kirkland Rooter as I needed someone to get this issue fixed quickly. Shamim was easy to get hold of. He asked for a couple of pictures of my leaking faucet and gave me an overview of the issue on the phone. He proposed a couple of options to fix the issue: either replace the cartridge or replace the entire shower valve. He stopped the next day to take a look and again explained the issue and walked me through the two options. I didn't want to replace the shower valve as doing so would force me to rip out tiles around the faucet so he could get to it and replace it. At the end, I decided to hire Shamim to replace the shower valve as replacing the cartridge was a cheaper solution, but also would not last for a very long time. Once I removed the tiles, Shamim came and replaced the whole shower valve in a couple of hours, which was exactly what he said it would take him to do this job. I already had a shower valve I purchased myself and asked him to install it. Overall, I found Shamim very knowledgeable, super responsive, honest, and I would definitely hire him to do any plumbing job at my house.

Shamim was able to come at a short notice to look at a water leak in my garage ceiling. He diagnosed it as sewage pipe leak that required replacing a couple of old pipes. He was able to come in the next morning to fix it. He did a great job and finished faster than expected. He pointed out my old water main valve and leaking outside faucet. He had the parts and time to replace both, and I was happy with the outcome. He also gave me good advice about the need to replace my old water heater (as home insurance may no longer cover water damage with such an old heater), and how to fix a couple of toilets. I really appreciated his advice. I will use him again when needed and will recommend him to others.

My toilet was leaking and had come through the ceiling below so needed a plumber ASAP. Kirkland rooter said they'd have someone come out same day. When the plumber arrived he said there was a crack in the tank and I'd unfortunately need a new toilet and it would be $700 plus fee for a new water line and fee for removal. I thought that was too much so he offered me a cheaper toilet to bring it to around $500 and he could have someone return a few days later to install. I knew this was still too expensive but I was busy and agreed. A few days later when he returned he removed the old toilet and I asked him to show me where the crack was. He started mumbling about cracks being hard to see sometimes. I asked that he show me the crack anyway and he pointed to an area where there was no crack. I asked again and he said it was around the seal on the inside. One last time I said I needed to see the crack before he continued and and he waved his hand over a broad area and talked about how it's always better to replace vs repair toilets so you know they will work and most people in my situation choose to replace the toilet. After pressing further he admitted no crack was there but still insisted that most people feel most people think it's best to replace the whole toilet so he just assumed that's what I wanted. Awful! I asked him why he told me there was a crack and at first he still tried to explain it but when I pointed out that what he was saying wasn't accurate he got very uncomfortable, started apologizing saying he told the other guy that had been out to my house to not do this and that it wasn't him (even though he also tried to tell me there was a crack and sell an overpriced toilet). In the end all I needed was a new seal. He gave me a discount and reminded me of all his good reviews that he really wanted to keep. He was not sorry until caught. Buyer beware.

Wow. A broken faucet handle that would lead to making a hole in the wall and replacing the old plumbing for the bath shower. Of course a big unexpected expense couldn't have come at a worse time. Enter the hero of this tale: Kirkland Rooter. He came back a second time to ""try"" another solution and although it may not be permanent, it worked!!! Big sigh of relief and hats off to a great plumber who cared about problem solving and helping. Highly recommended.

Shamim came recommended from another friend. Shamim did a fantastic job by replacing a garbage disposal and repairing some outdoor faucets. He did the job on time and he also followed up with me to make sure everything was working fine.

Shamim showed up at our place about an hour after I called him *and* on a Sunday! He provided a quote and fixed the clogged sink in less than 20 minutes. He prepare the work area and cleaned it afterwards, so there was no mess left. I will definitely call him in the future!

My bathroom sink got clogged, from Yelp, Shamin contacted us at earliest?
The problem is tricky, seems clogged pipe is very deep, Shamin did pretty good job got it cleaned up.

Shamin respond quickly and fix quickly?and with fare price.
Moreover his service with good warranty: if clogged reoccurred within 6 months, he will give back the payment as credit when need deeper works.
I worked with several plumbers, Shamin by far is the best and most accountable.
I am happy with his service.
