I have used this plumber in the past with no issues. They've always came out promptly, generally that day. So when I had a toilet clog, I called them again. A plumber was sent and everything was fixed. While here, he noticed the flap was going to need replaced soon and he offered to do it. I agreed because he was already here, why not? Once he left, I noticed randomly the toilet tank would refill every 15 minutes or so. I assumed it was a quick fix and I could YouTube a couple things to fix it, even replaced the flap again and had my husband look at it.

I called back to see what could be done and Dawn was very dismissive with my concerns telling me that a toilet clog would not cause that. I was nothing but polite and was even half expecting to receive another service charge. Disappointing but did understand I had waited a few days to notify them. What I was not expecting was expecting rudeness. I explained the plumber did replace the flap. Dawn stated that wasn't shown on her end. Well, I was charged for both the labor and the parts for it. She lets out an exasperated sigh and says ""well I don't know when it'll be, but it won't be today!"" Ok fine, I never said it had to be today. 3 days have passed and I've yet to receive a call. Unacceptable. I'll be using a different company from here on out. Kirk Butcher Plumbing might have saved themselves 15 minutes of labor by a quick check, but it cost them a customer.
