I had a leak in my bathtub that was leaking on the floor below. He opened up the ceiling and not only fixed that leak but there was another leak. He even went above and beyond and exchanged Some piping so that I would not have a problem down the road. You cannot go wrong with this guy. All of this at a very reasonable price. Consider yourself lucky if Kirill is your plumber

I had a leak and he came to take a peek. He found my water heater was the source of the problem and also discovered a gas leak. He went and got all the parts needed including my new tank . He recommended a brand that was better built than others and even got the expansion tank. Him and his helper were great. All around excellent service and addressed all my issues and concerns. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

This is the 2nd time Kirill has been a lifesaver, he left such a great impression the first time that I had to ask for a business card. Well today their Was an odd smell coming from our bathroom, a bunch of nasty stuff was coming up from our shower. I was panicking since I tried calling the land lord a Few times but no answer. I explained the situation to him and he gave me a time frame in which he'd show up. Normally past plumbers would arrive late than the time they give but kirill. He showed up saw what was wrong and went to work, the best part is he would clean around the areas he'd be working in. I told him to give me a invoice(receipt) to show the land lord to get our money Back And with no hesitation he gave me one and his business card. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Kirill highly enough! He got back to me right away, actually went to the store and found the perfect faucet for me, and came the same day for a quick, professional install. In between he called to give me periodic updates on his progress so I knew what was going on, when to expect him, etc. Honestly, this is the kind of experience you always hope to have when contacting a new business. I can't say enough good things about Kirills. After a Task Rabbit with supposed plumbing skills created some plumbing disasters in my condo, and another plumber simply no-showed and ghosted me, I fortunately found Kirill online and thanks to the reviews decided to hire him. Best decision! He was so professional and responsive, guiding me through the way and fixed my shower despite it having many touch and go moments as it's a discontinued model so he had to mix and match my old and new parts to get it working but thankfully he made it work without me needing to get a whole new shower body installed with the added headache of breaking down marble walls. He also worked within my budget and didn't try to extort me, and really helped me out price wise, being very straightforward about the price in advance so that there were no surprises. He is a nice and helpful person and while I hope to not need his services again soon, he will be my go-to guy next time I have a plumbing need (learned my task rabbit lesson). I highly recommend him to others who want the work done without paying an arm and a leg. Thank you Kirills!

We cannot overstate how fortunate we feel to have found Kirill. He is hands down the most honest, fair, reliable and all around professional plumber we've ever met, and in our 5+ years of owning an old house we've met quite a few.

Both jobs he did for us we were initially quoted astronomically higher rates by other plumbers. He was communicative, gave us an extremely fair and reasonable estimate right away, and even rearranged his work schedule to make it work when we found ourselves in a pinch. He didn't have to go above and beyond for strangers he'd just met--but he did. We're very grateful to him for that.

The job itself was excellent; he handled the complications that popped up in stride, barely adjusted his estimate, and finished everything quickly and efficiently.

It's hard to find people that combine professionalism, honesty and responsiveness, and Kirill absolutely does. He was also warm and kind in the midst of a last-minute, stressful job.

We'll never call another plumber. We can't recommend him enough!
