Mr. Branch came out and performed some emergency work on the weekend. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Mr. Branch takes great pride in his work, checking multiple times to make sure it was fixed properly and completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend his services.

Also, I Really liked the fact that Kirby clearly informs you from the start (on phone & in person) what pricing is for each item and service he can provide, so you can choose what you require. He also is willing to go and purchase for you the apparatus (ie: entire sink faucet set) to use and adds it into your bill including flat fee for transport).
He explains everything he is doing, points out certain items that need looking into, cleans up, and is very pleasant to work with.
He is not pushy and you make your decisions !

Outstanding plumber! Kirby understands plumbing repair better than any other service I've ever used. His ability to diagnosis the real problem is exceptional. For example, several other plumbers attempted to repair a toilet, but the ""repair"" never lasted. Kirby identified the actual problem and broke down all the steps in the plumbing situation. His explanations are thorough and easy to understand. He details expected costs for labor and products in advance and provides a detailed receipt when the job is done.

I have used Kirby L. Branch's services and rate his performance as excellent and superior. Several years ago two previous plumbers had tried to stabalize a toilet and failed. Branch was able to do the job and it is still securely in place. Since then I have called him at least three times and have no complaints. In addition, I have found that his service is also speedy because he has what is needed in his truck so a trip to the store is not necessary. Branch is a pleasant, polite, and personable individual as well as an excellent plumber.

Called on a Saturday morning and he was able to work me in after lunch that day. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair the loose pipe within 30 minutes. He prorates by the half hour instead of charging for a whole hour. I was satisfied and he was thankful for the business. I will call on him if I need a plumber again.
