After I moved into my house in Washington Square West (Philadelphia), I hired Kirbi General Construction to take the house down to its studs, and reconfigure bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. Since then, Ed Kirbi and crew have done major and minor work in my investment properties, as will as in many of my neighbors' homes. Ed is diligent and dependable, his work is of the highest quality, and after the work is completed, my house is always cleaner than it was before he started. I recommend Ed Kirbi and his crew without hesitation.

I have been working with Ed and Kirbi construction since moving to Philadelphia in 2005. I had work done on 2 primary residences as well as 2 investment properties. His team has worked on projects ranging from minor upgrades to a house like light fixture replacement to complete kitchen renovation and powder room construction. At every step of the way, Ed worked with me within my price points and made sure that corners were never cut with finishing materials or project completion. The few times that I needed some adjustments and changes, his team was back immediately to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted. As someone who struggles with some decisions, Ed was patient and understanding while guiding me to what I was looking for. Even when Ed is not there, he has amazing supervisors on site and I have never had to question whether my house will be treated with respect and the care of Ed's own home. The house is actually even cleaner when the team leaves than when they arrive. I cannot recommend Kirbi Construction enough if you want something done correctly, especially if you want to add value to your home.
