Great if you are buying a product. Terrible if you need service on product. Bought high end sump pump. The alarm goes off on pump now for no reason. Came and told me it was because of too much water going into pump?? Now refuse to answer call to come and fix. Alarm still going off. Go to a bigger company. These guys are in over their head.

Great service. Ted and Adam dominated. Helped fix leak in basement ceiling and install booster pump.

This company provides excellent service. Showed up right on time and worked through all our issues. Repaired and replaced several items in a cost efficient manner. Next time I install plumbing fixtures I will have Ted and his team do the work because he knows his stuff.
