Terrible company. Please please please do not. use them. My home warranty sent them to fix my toilet and bathroom. The plumber came in and told me he fixed the toilet...yet its still leaking. And as for the bathroom faucet, he did not even try to fix it. Shitty company.

I wanted to write a quick comment with regards to service I just received from Antonio at Kintex Plumbing. Antonio provided excellent service! He was professional, on time (and called me to let me know he was on his way), and what I appreciated the most was how he explained in detail the issues and how he would correct them (and how to avoid the problem from reoccurring). He left with all jobs complete and working perfect! I will recommend Kintex company to others based on my experience with Antonio! Keep up the good work!

This company was contracted through my home warranty company. The plumber that showed up was rude and disrespectful from the first moment. I had a issue with stoppage and there was a visible issue that there was stoppage, but the plumber came up with every excuse to NOT address the issue (and continued with his rudeness and disrespect). He refused to even do a simple snake of the line to ensure it was clear. I ended up asking him to leave my home. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.

Absolute frauds! This company was assigned through my home warranty company. The "plumber" (and I use the word loosely) came with a phone with camera to tackle my issue of a dripping faucet (NOT a tool bag). Spent a lot of time taking pictures then said he'd be back to fix the drip. We were scratching our heads a bit but took him on his word to come back later. No one came and we couldn't reach them for a week! Finally got a hold of them a week later and their response was the plumber couldn't diagnose the problem because of access issues. He wanted us to tear out all the tiles to diagnose a dripping faucet. I wish I could share a picture on here - large master bathroom with separate walk-in shower and separate bath tub with screw-on faucet that was dripping. He NEVER mentioned an access issue while here. And, there was an access panel to the bath just on the inside wall of the adjoining room with the toilet. Needless to say, we got a proper plumber (with a tool bag and all) and the issue was fixed - simple cartridge replacement.

I had a problem with my water heater in February 2021 and my warranty company assigned the job to Kintex Company. At the first visit of the technician, he said the gas control valve was bad and ordered a new one to replace it. After the replacement, the problem was not fixed. I informed my warranty company who sent them back. The same technician who replaced the control valve showed up the second time and said again that the gas control valve is bad and needed to be replaced. I doubted his diagnosis that the new gas control valve he had installed a week before was bad. Meanwhile, they kept asking me to pay $150 out of pocket to fix it saying that the warranty company had declined to fix the problem the second time. However, the warranty company said they did not say that and scheduled Kintex Plumbing twice to come back to fix the problem. On both occasions when I called Kintex Plumbing, they insisted the warranty company did not accept to cover the repair, which didn't make sense since the warranty company had sent them to fix it the first time and the second request was for them to properly diagnose and fix the problem. On my second call, again, I was asked to pay $150 out of pocket, which I refused to do.

I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE READING THIS REVIEWS FROM USING KINTEX. My feedback is one of many others on the web.

This is a horrible company, rude technicians, don't return phone calls & still waiting on a repair to be complete for the past 3 days. If you want a dependable company then DO NOT CALL them you will regret it!!

They canceled my two appointments. They canceled the appointment the day they were scheduled to do the job, how bad it could be, they scheduled the third time and I am without hot water for more than a month. As the other reviewer said they did the same thing to me, saying that the appointment was not confirmed, and they tried to contact me and could not leave a voicemail, bs, I am getting all other calls and voicemails.

Sh!tty customer service: My home warranty set an appointment - with a 3 day notice - with these guys and they fail to show up. When I call them to send a guy, they say we left you a voicemail (none received!) to confirm an appointment - THAT WAS ALREADY CONFIRMED by the home warranty company. If I have to deal with so many vendors separately anyway, why would I get a home warranty??

They refuse to honor the job they took on waiting for me to call them.. after a 20m wait on telephone. On top of that, they want me to pay $65 of co-pay even before they show up, which is a clear contradiction to what the home warranty instructs them to do (collect money AFTER technician shows up). The woman on the phone got very aggressive when I pointed out that online reviews on Google say they invoice people without fixing the issue, and told me that is how they work. I decided not to give them any business. Wasted 3 days!

Our water heater has been acting up since we purchased our home last summer. We contacted our home warranty company who gave the job to Kintex Plumbing. Kintex was relatively quick to respond and showed up within 2-3 days. That is where the good experience stopped.

The technician that showed up was in a hurry the entire time and acted like he was being inconvenienced by being there. He was extremely quick to be dismissive our our problem only saying that we can either live with the noise or we can purchase a replacement water heater. We asked for an estimate for a new water heater and after over a week still have not been able to get one.

We cannot comment on this companies actual capabilities because they did not want to get any business or do any work. Not even being able to give an estimate puts this company in the bottom of the barrel. Highly recommend you try someone else for your plumbing needs.

This company was the worst to deal with. Our hot water heater was failing and they quoted that rain was coming in on heater and that we needed a whole new system for $5k. Please don't deal with this company!
