Chunming L.Kintex came out and looked at my water heater. They gave me a lower quote for replacing my water heater. Lower than other companies that have came.
Tom W.This company was sent to us by American Home Shield to repair two toilets , first of all we couldn't communicate since they speak Russian and I don't and then they spent over an hour playing around with the plumbing and also being on the phone , they didn't fix either one of them and after we complained they were sent back and they did fix one of them and the other one they broke it even more and told us that they will have to order parts but they reported to AMS that we purposely broke it and now we have to appeal the decision because of their dishonesty and incompetence. STAY AWAY FROM THESE people that don't know what they are doing and on top of that are LIARS.
