Tom R.Super impressed on the estimate meeting. Seemed knowledgable. positive, upbeat. Showed on time. Hired to do the work. Second meeting was completely different. 55 mins late after I called them. Shows up with an attitude. No apology. Did not set the temp properly. homeowner was out at nite after cold shower. had to set temp himself. set meeting to do other work. No call no show. had to call company again. Blamed it on scheduler. 3 hours later. someone showed up. I could continue to write a book on this experience. Bad information that cost money. mislead up in direction. Wasted homeowner's time, along with mine as the contractor. DO NOT recommend this company at all. Oh, and then tried to extort $800 more dollars when it was time to collect. could have been a mistake, but after measuring the entire experience, we all felt violated by this experience. Lots of better options out there in the plumbing world.
