Had a leak in an upstairs bathroom which is no fun and super depressing. Water coming through our kitchen ceiling! Kinnett sent Jack out within about five hours of my call. I was really impressed with his ability to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue with minimal cutting of our ceiling drywall. Price was excellent. Problem was located and addressed. Technician was super friendly and smart. Kinnett also used a notification app that kept me updated on arrival times. Will definitely use this company for plumbing issues in the future.

Great job! Jake came out and took care of a broken dishwasher and gave me great advise. I am a new home owner and he was able answer a lot if my general questions. I received a notice from my water company on a Friday morning that my meter reading was unusually high. I requested a quote on Yelp and within minutes received three calls from plumbers telling me they all could be there Monday. About an hour later, Kevin, the owner called me and said he could be out to my house on Friday afternoon as I suspected the culprit was a running toilet in one of my bathrooms.

The technician, Darrell, showed up within the specified time frame and was thorough and answered all of my questions. He made the repairs and did not charge me for several items that were needed, which was appreciated. Great quality of work and great customer service.

I'd definitely call on them again, if needed.
