Kinnett Plumbing is aces with me. They are honest, prompt, courteous, respectful, professional, and all around great people to work with. I wouldn't trust the plumbing in my home to any other company. My hot water heater pressure valve was busted and water was literally pouring from the down spout, over filling the catch pan, and spilling all over the floor. No doubt this is due to the fact that I personally attempted to follow the directions posted online for my hot water heater that suggest it should be drained at least once every 6 months. Unfortunately what the instructions did not mention is high likelihood of pressure valve failure. After cutting the main water valve, cleaning up the water, and singing a very colorful version of the blues, I resigned myself to the idea that I'd just made a $2000 mistake. Luckily for me I've been blessed with a great girlfriend who happens to have an Angies List account and thanks to her I found Kinnett Plumbing. For no other reason than their high ratings here and on another site I called them first thing in the morning and left a voice mail. Literally 5 minutes later I received a call from none other than Kevin Kinnett himself. Kevin and I spoke of the problem and agreed to an appointment time between 1400 and 1500 complete with a courtesy call 45 minutes prior to his ETA. True to his word - he called and arrived promptly with his counterpart and got straight to work. Kevin answered all my questions and actually took the time to educate me as to the workings of and best practices for my water heater. These gentlemen actually concerned themselves with not only fixing the problem but educating me...how cool is that? Once complete (about 20 minutes later) I was expecting some astronomical bill - I mean there has to be a catch for this level of service right? WRONG!!! When Kevin handed me a bill for $108 I almost thought he'd made a mistake. Not only did he fix the problem, but took the time to check other faucets and my shower for water pressure issues - and again taught me a thing or two on how to DIY minor issues on my own. Now get this...when I tried to tip him and his counterpart they both refused!!! Who does that in 2015?!?! I tell ya - if you're having plumbing issues in the Woodbridge area and these guys aren't who you're calling then you're calling the wrong guys!!! THANK YOU Kinnett Plumbing!!!! You've got a customer for life!!!
