Had to have my septic pumped and then had to replace the pump a well. They came out the same day and pumped the tanks.
Great response and great service. They replaced the pump the next day. A bit pricey like every thing nowadays. Would use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.
Tanisha M.I called King's Sanitary Service in Bristolville, OH, to clear a tub drain on 12 June 2020. After mostly clearing the tub, the service provider apparently created a small leak that needed further attention. 24hrs later the tenant calls me with a complaint of water spots appearing on the ceiling. I called King's Sanitary Services several times, but no one answered. So I left several messages thinking someone would call me back soon, as they are a 24hr 7 days a week business. Less than 48hrs later, The tenant calls me and says the tub was again slow draining and the water was dripping down from the ceiling fan and into the overhead light of the kitchen. I promptly called the company again and told them about the situation. After a full day of dodging me, this young man actually called me back and admitted that he noticed a small leak after the job was complete. He even said he, ""should have called a plumber or at least told me about it; but he is not a plumber, so he couldn't fix it."" So needless to say, they simply apologized for not telling me, but are not responsible for the leak because he, conveniently, noticed an item on the tub missing prior to the job....(no trap to the overflow). These tenants have lived there going on 1 year. Never any issues with leaks. King's Sanitary Service comes in, half clears the clog, noticed a small leak that wasn't there before they started, causes further damage totaling over $800, apologizes for not telling someone about the leak, still bills me 3 days later, and skips out on their obligation to provide this great service they claim to have. I would really caution anyone to use their services. They are unprofessional, unaccountable, and simply untrustworthy. Never in all my years in real estate have I seen such poor quality.
As a homeowner, you cringe at what the four elements can do to your home. Wind, fire, earth and water, all can be detrimental. My most feared is water! Why, because my homeowner's insurance covers a fire, it'll cover a tornado, it'll cover an earthquake but it will not cover water damage! I was having issues in my basement and your basement waterproofing companies wanted to come in right away and dig at my interior foundation drains but being the person I am I wanted a second opinion before I spent $15k. Enter King's Sanitary. One call to Rex explaining my situation and he was very helpful in the process of finding what my issues were. The one thing I wanted done was the drains jetted and camera'd. The waterproofing companies told me it was impossible but King's proved them wrong. On one visit they jetted the drains which cleaned them out (no crushes) and today they came and camera'd my downspouts and trough drain. Guess what, Clayton found the issue. I have a crushed downspout drain and a crushed trough drain. Both of these led to the water having nowhere to go other than the path of least resistance. I now have a starting point of where to dig on the outside of the house rather than a company coming in and digging up my basement. I appreciate King's professionalism, patience with me when explaining everything so I could relay the information to my husband and for being reliable and timely with my appointments. I do not hesitate in my recommendation of their work from the office staff to the onsite professionals. Thank you King's Sanitary!
