Had the sludge pump go out the day my husband came home from the hospital. I called King's and they were out the next morning, They pumped the septic and found that there was a blockage. The technician
looked for the blockage up the line and found that it was the pump itself!
No extra charge for finding the problem and a quick cleaning of the septic! He even helped my husband get the digging done to expose the pump! Thank you for having a great team, from the call to the completion of the project.!

Have had Kings Pumping Service pump out our septic tank for years. They are a totally reliable and dependable company! Their primary field rep, Mitchell, is a friendly and efficient person. He takes care of your property as if it were his own, leaving it in the same condition as when he arrived. He arrived for the appointment fifteen minutes early (a positive change when dealing with most in the service/contracting industry).

Their bill was at the lowest end of their estimated cost. Recommend them very highly. Kings Pumping Service is a 5-STAR operation!

Had Rob out and he tried to unclog pipe after he pumped the tank- was unsuccessful so he dug the trench area to determine the source of the problem. He was able to determine the connection is broken, advised on a fairly easy fix, but didn't charge for the extra time or labor. Also mails out reminder postcards and gave me a packet of info on proper septic maintenance. Will highly recommend, and will use again!
