I continue to appreciate Kings Plumbing. This was the second time I've received service from Kings and have been very satisfied both times. I needed a minor repair to my toilet. The owner, Ron, quickly set up an appointment, arrived on time, and the repair was perfect and at a very reasonable price. 757-777-9350. Finally, Ron and Kings Plumbing are licensed by the State of Virginia (I always check the state's license lookup before contracting with any trades in the state)

The home inspector indicated the water heater was in bad condition, and we noticed a leak in the kitchen drain. I called King's and they were able to come the next day. Mr King inspected the water heater and determined it wasn't as bad as I thought. He also found the sink leak was a simple fix. I decided to replace the heater. Mr King gave me an estimate of the cost. When I approved it, he left to buy the heater and brought his staff to help. They were able to install the heater, fix the leak, and install a new faucet in a bathroom, which I had forgotten. They stayed until the work was complete because of their busy schedule that week. I plan to have him do all my future work. The work is outstanding. King's is affordable, professional, and leaves the work area clean.

My home inspector said the hot water tank was on its last leg. I called Kings to explain what I needed. Mr. King made an appointment and showed up on time. He assessed the tank, explained it wasn't as bad as I expected. However, I decided to install a new tank. I asked him to make additional inspections. His team was able to complete all the work in the same day. Mr. King and his staff were professional, honest, and friendly. I recommend them.

I spoke with Ron who said they charge $95.00 for a site visit ($20.00 more than what is on Yelp) and if I decided to use them the fee would be applied to the job. This is amongst the small number of businesses that run these little games. They show up and it's take it or leave it. If your hit with a high quote on site your then not allowed to then seek other quotes to get the job done. If you say no it costs you $95.00. I said I did not want to do that and would email detailed pictures to which he said OK. I sent the photos and later spoke with him again to verify that he got the email with those photos. He said he did and would get back with me shortly He never called me back. When you're a senior on a fixed income, you have to be prudent and make an intelligent and economic decision when hiring someone. Please beware of your options before you use this company which blows you off if he can't make a buck off of you irrecpective.

I left a number for them to call me and they never did. So I contacted a plumber that I used in the past and set up a date to accomplish the project I was looking for.

I got same day service and it was awesome! I had a clogged drain with our washer and it was causing a clog in the kitchen sink. I called around a bunch of places for getting someone out and no one was able to come for 2 days. BUT Kings Plumbing was willing to work me in today if they could and they did! I had Ron and Mike. They were very kind and knowledgeable. It was so nice of them to put in the extra work same day and help us out. Their prices were better than the other estimates I got from other plumbing companies so would call it a great value for getting my kitchen sink and washer fixed! I will be recommending them to everyone that needs a plumber!

Had a leak underneath my kitchen sink and using Yelp I found King's plumbing out of Norfolk. When they arrived. They immediately got got to work and made the repairs very professionally and very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommended! We just moved into a new house and had water backing up into the house and couldn't use toilets, showers, faucets - nothing. Kings was able to get a crew over quickly. The price they quoted seemed high, but after seeing how hard they worked and what a good job they did, we changed our minds. Mitch and his assistant, Mike, did a thorough job, snaking two separate areas, and spent a good deal of time testing the system to ensure it really was unclogged.

In a nutshell - they arrived promptly, were knowledgeable, did a thorough job, tested it carefully, and explained what they did. We were totally satisfied and will use Kings Plumbing again.
