Liar!!! Beware..completely and utterly unprofessional.. did half of the work never showed back up.

This vendor was sent out by my home service warranty company to fix my hot water heater. He came out stayed 15 mins and only relit it the unit after we told him that the problem was that the hot water heater would not stay lit. He left and said that if it went out again he recommends replacing the unit. Of course it went out shortly after he left (within 1 hour). He lied to the insurance company and stated that he replaced a part on the hot water heater and it still was not working so the cause was sediment build up. When the home service company requested that he come back out to the home he made several appointments that he failed to keep. I found out from the home service company that they paid in almost $300 in addition to the $85 service fee to replace the part that he NEVER replaced. I would never recommend anyone use this service provider. His actions are fraudulent and we are taking steps to file a civil suit.

Kings plumbing should have criminal charges pressed against him. He took advantage of an old man in Port Allen didn't do his plumbing charge him 2800 charge me $1250 to change some pipe didn't glue nothing and nothing drained. I got to redo it.
And my son-in-law charged him $1000 to put a coupling on his main line going to his trailer

I would not use him for nothing

Was referred from Total Home Protection Warranty.. This is a horrible company... Kept giving me the run around for a whole week ... This company has been reported to the BBB Last Year 2020.. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!

After I submitted a work order to my insurance, they contacted me shortly after to schedule an appointment the same day. Came out and unclogged my drainage system with no problems. Friendly, polite and professional.
The next evening, my system was clogged again. Contacted them the next day and they came out several hours later and took care of the issue again. Thanks!!

While Eddie is very friendly and quick to return calls, he is NOT a licensed Plumber nor is he bonded! Any work he does will not be covered by insurance when it fails. And it failed for me less than a month after he 'completed' the job. All my drains poured out under my house because he DID NOT USE CEMENT on the joints. It was after a month of calls with him never showing up again that I had to get a different plumber to fix Eddie's many errors. PLEASE do not use Eddie James for your repairs or installations! He has used both Affordable Plumbing and Kings Plumbing to switch/hide his bad reviews so be aware of his scam.
