Our neighbor recommended King's Plumbing. They were very quick to respond to our initial call to get a sump pump replaced with a new pump with battery backup. Scheduling was quick and flexible and very competitively priced. About a week later we had another issue and they were able to squeeze us in and resolve the issue very quickly. They showed up in masks and shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!

Called King's Plumbing for a price quote and to schedule same day service for a leak. Staff was very rude on call and rushing me off call stating ok, ok, ok. Staff then preceded to send text message apologizing and offering availability. Not friendly customer Service. Please look elsewhere for plumbing needs I would not recommend them.

Sam was great! We tried to fix something on our own and ended up making it worse. He was quick to get to us and was very pleasant and did a very thorough job. Price was reasonable for a emergency service as well. Appreciated his politeness as well.

Sam King was awesome ! I'm a general contractor , licensed in California and Hawaii and was staying with my sister on vacation in Liberty township OH , and we needed a plumber to replace a shower and bath valve for a remodel we were doing , Sam made time for us on a Saturday afternoon and did a fantastic job at a great price ! wish I had a plumber like him for all my projects ! BE CAREFUL! ASK THE PRICE UP FRONT
Kings replaced a leaking T in my basement on a weekday during normal business hours and charged me $455.00. The repair took less than 40 minutes and used less than $10 in materials. Normal cost for a job like this would have been around $100. Given the same day service I expected an upcharge ($50-$75) but charging over 4 times the price is simply outrageous in my opinion. Don't let these guys rip you off.

Sam saved my holiday weekend! After a do-it-myself project went the wrong way, I called Sam on Friday of Memorial Day weekend at 4:50pm. He answered! Even though he was so busy and had 5 other houses to tend to, he added me to his list!!!
I texted him a photo of my problem. I basically cut off the entire water supply to my house! He texted when he was on his way and promptly came over! He was professional, friendly, understanding & had my water line fixed FAST!

So very grateful to Sam at Kings Plumbing!
I will be recommending him to all my family, friends & patients I see in my office!

Great guys - had me send photos of the repair that needed to be completed, gave me a solid estimate over the phone, was at my house within a couple hours and had the job done in 45 minutes. Can't get better than that. Highly recommend!
