Where to begin. Jeff seemed like a nice guy. Locally raised in South OC with common knowledge of local people and places within the community. We wanted to complete the annual routine maintenance on our tankless water heater system, and we called the number on the side of our system that read ""Kings Plumbing"".

Jeff showed up promptly and was excited to tell us about all the work he had completed on our house for the previous owner, who we purchased the house from earlier this year. Jeff told us that he installed the system, remodeled the bathrooms and kitchen and was excited to tell us about the projects he was working on. Jeff started cleaning our system and 45 minutes later collected his money and went on his way. An hour later, I went into the garage and saw the entire area below the water heater was wet and upon closer inspection noticed that the water heater system was leaking.

I immediately called Jeff, who did not answer and I left a voicemail. I subsequently sent him a text informing him of the issue and he told me that he was at another job and could not stop by until later next week. He informed me that this had nothing to do with him and was all a coincidence and that I should call another plumber who specializes in tankless systems. To my surprise, Jeff immediately began telling me he wasn't too familiar with these systems and that I needed to call someone else. I responded asking him if he wasn't familiar with this tankless system, why he was telling us he installed it and serviced it numerous times and that's why his company information was on the side of the unit. As it was now Friday afternoon, I requested that he did not cash the check I gave him until this issue was resolved.

The weekend went by with no communication back from Jeff. On Monday morning I found out that Jeff had cashed the check in which I reached out to him again asking for help, which he refused. By Monday afternoon the unit had shorted and I called the manufacturer who told me to immediately unplug the unit and call one of their local service providers. I called the recommended company who came and inspected the unit the next morning and let me know that the unit needed to be completely replace for a total cost of approximately $3,000.

I am now without hot water, with no ability to pay for a new system all because of Jeff Bradshaw, who took my money, won't help us, and won't give us our money back.

Don't work with this person and please pray for me and my wife as this type of expense is the last thing we can deal with right now.

Amazing service....came right out and gave us a reasonable estimate for the work needed. He did a perfect job! He was there when he said he would be......he is our plumber for life! Such an honorable guy.

Picture this-no hot water and having to take a shower with cold water. Why? A faulty water heater. Then you think-this is going to cost me an arm and a leg. In steps Jeff Bradshaw, owner of Kings Plumbing. I was referred to him by GE Warranty Department-so Happy I was. Jeff was prompt to call back, prompt to show up and prompt to fix the water heater. And best of all, he was very reasonably priced. But let's face it, I would have paid just about any price to have hot water! All kidding aside, great service, great personality and a local Dana Point business owner. He deserves the five stars. One correction-the telephone number listed on Yelp is wrong. I had been using another plumber but it was like getting an audience with the pope.

Jeff Responded right away and worked for hours to clean a landscape drain that was really clogged up. In hindsight I should not have waited 14 years to have it clean. He was super friendly and a laid back regular guy. He stayed until the water was draining and running clear. Also provided some advice on keeping the line clean going forward.
