Overall, I think they did a decent job and charged a fair price for a small repair. Based on my experience, I would proactively confirm your appointment the day of service to make sure they actually show. If you want the full story behind that recommendation, please see below.

I called several plumbing companies at the beginning of this week for a sink issue. Most has voicemail and didn't call me back. King's helper made an appointment for the end of the week. I'm guessing since it was a non-emergent small job, it's not the most exciting to service companies. They were supposed to come late morning, but I hadn't heard anything by 11:30AM, so I gave them a call. They said they called me 2-3 times in the morning, but didn't get through, and filled their time with other customers. I didn't have any missed calls or voicemails, and it was never made clear that the appointment would be canceled without making contact the day of. I indicated I didn't have missed calls, so they said they would add me to the end of the work list for the day. They did manage to get to my house mid-afternoon and compete the repair. The plumbers that showed were nice, and I felt the price was fair for the work they did.

After a year of an upstairs bathtub leak and 4 other plumbers saying they fixed it and spending over $1000, Kings Helper fixed a leak no one else could. Also installed a new bathroom sink and faucet, garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and fixed a hot water pipe leak that another plumber couldnt fix. I'm beyond happy.
Chris was a true professional and they are now on my speed dial as my go to plumber. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I can't believe how fast they arrived once I called. Fixed our office kitchen sink quickly. Very knowledgable and friendly. Will for sure use them again.

The worse service I have ever used. Dishonest. Came to home to repair furnace. Was told it was repaired. Called the company to repair my unit, was told service person would call when he was on his way to my home. After two hours, no call, called again. Service man called to home, said that his wife had been ill and he was putting his children to bed but would be at my home by 10 p.m. I called him back to tell him to come to my home the next morning at 0800 a.m. Service man came to my home at 0930 a.m. Service man went straight to heating unit with out checking thermostat to see if that was the problem. Stated unit was working and left my home. Unit still was not working properly. Did not quote price of service or leave a bill. My daughter called the company, was told that they had been at the home other times and during the past year and told owners that a new unit needed to be installed - NOT TRUE. At this time was told that they would put a new unit in the house. She declined because she didn't feel the company was an ethical company, and didn't feel they could be trusted to do an honest job. After asking several times what the cost of the service to be charged was, was told $119.00 and they would send a bill. Had to call another company to repair heater, $129.00. Was told that all that was wrong with the unit was that the heating element needed to be cleaned (they put it in writing), they cleaned the unit. The unit is working perfectly. I feel that Kings Helper takes advantage of the elderly, as I am. I suggest that all people not use this company, especially the elderly.

Alan & Stephen of the kings helper were great. They fixed our bathroom sink and leaking toilet within 15 minutes of their arrival then asked if we needed anything else fixed in the 30 minutes/1hour they are here. They checked the rest of the bathroom sinks and kitchen sink for us in our house and tightened up anything that was lose.

That night one of our sink traps was not working. I called that next morning and they squeezed us in and came back out and fixed the sink trap in my son's bathroom.

We were very pleased with their work and will call them for any future plumbing repairs we need.
