Great service. Any plumping issues we have had Kings Gate has come out right away and got us all fixed up. Very professional, I would definitely recommend!

I would not recommend Kings Gate plumbing. Kings Gate did all the plumbing for our new house. After struggling with water pressure and all of my outside plants dying we found they had hooked the outside water up to a larger hose used by water softer. They did this on my in-laws house, as well. Once the fix was made, plants started growing flowers started blooming. Too late for this year, however, and the plants I put in my new backyard. Also, too late for $1000 worth of growers soil put into my raised garden beds. From what I have been told, I will have to keep putting water on them (that I pay for) until all the salt leaches out. You can actually see the salt on the dirt! Numerous contacts have resulted in nothing, however they did send my in-laws $40, which is admitting they messed up.

Three strikes and you're out!

Kings Gate was the plumbing subcontractor for our new house, built in 2003 (occupied late in the year). In 2007, when we were in Japan for more than a month, the water supply to the toilet in the main bedroom broke. This was probably due to overtightening. Fortunately, we found out before we came back, but it had been leaking for who knows how long - could have been more than a week. The damage was fairly limited, but the cost of remediation and fixing the damage was over $20,000.

Then, in 2009 or 2010, unbeknownst to us, the main wastewater pipe popped out of the connection to the city sewer. creating a mini-sewer in our crawl space. Thanks to ServePro and Riggle Plumbing, it was cleaned up and fixed, several thousand dollars later. The plumber showed me the pipe. It had not been glued in, as it should have been, and apparently popped out due to pressure.

Then, last week, I noticed a sound like a fan or water running. I couldn't find any water running in the house, and the A/C fan seemed pretty quiet. So on Sunday, I went into the crawl space and found the kitchen sink copper supply pipe spraying water from the joint. It probably has been leaking a while, but may have only gotten worse lately. Their plumber said that the hard water sometimes causes corrosion in the copper pipe (before I told them it was their job). Another plumber mentioned that if the joint was not made properly, that could contribute to leaking and corrosion.

The Kings Gate plumber or contact said he'd have a manager call me yesterday after noon, but so far nothing.

Kudos go to Pemco for being super helpful for organizing the responses and taking care of the damages. Riggle & The Drain Surgeon, and especially ServPro (for taking care of a really gross job) were helpful too.
