Great service! Prompt and professional. A little pricey compared to others but I don't mind paying a bit more for James expertise and experience. James is very friendly too. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and with a good attitude. I will definitely continue to use Kingman Plumbing for future plumbing and electrical needs!

Was very happy from start to finish. First they called me right back after I left a message. Since we are in a heat wave and I have elderly and pets in my home, James made it his mission to come out the same day to diagnose and try to save my 20+ year AC unit .. Him and his worker Edwin worked so hard to get it to work unfortunately to no avail. I asked James to go ahead and quote me a new AC unit accordingly .. He was not partial to any specific brand but he did tell me the history of the brands so that I could make my own decision. This was comforting as I did not feel pressure to pick any particular brand. I received a quote the same day and he was very open to the idea for me to shop around. After we negotiated a fair price, his crew Edwin and Jean-Pascal came the very next morning ( On time as promised) and worked without any breaks to install my new AC. They worked well as a team to efficiently install my new AC and explained and answered any and all questions I had. I was happy he labeled the AC with my install date, explained and showed me what filter size and how to replace when needed and wrote down all my warranty information as requested. I was left with such a pleasant experience and would highly recommend to use their company if you seek guaranteed reputable service at a fair price.

I had an awesome experience using Kingman Plumbing Heating and Air. My unit is very old and was not turning off when it reached set temperature. I tried changing the thermostat to no avail. James came out and did a thorough inspection. He spent extra time on the phone troubleshooting. He pinpointed the part that was getting stuck and located a hard to find part. He gave me a reasonable price and returned in a timely manner to make the repair and saved me a lot of money from energy cost if had kept running without shutting off! Because of that, I also used him for my water heater!

I woke up early this morning, and noticed water dripping from our chandelier, onto our dining room table.

I immediately picked up the phone, and called Kingman Plumbing, and left a VM message at 7:00 AM. Mr. Kingman called me within 20 minutes, and was here with his son within the hour. It's now 9:45 AM, on a Saturday morning, leaky piped fixed, super fair priced, AND excellent service. I HIGHLY recommend Kingman for any and all plumbing needs! These guys are super courteous, and wore masks the entire time.

It's been three years since they installed Air Conditioning in my hillside home and it seems to get better each year. They were fast, clean, and came back to answer questions and make adjustments that were asked before purchase, but that could not be answered until we saw how the system worked afterward.

Working with Jim has been awesome. I have used him over the years on my rental properties and time and time again with my real estate clients. He is efficient, honest and does the job right the first time. He has done re-routes that are time consuming and challenging but pulls the jobs off with finesse and efficiently.
