Our water heater broke around 7pm and water was draining onto the floor and into the walls behind it. I called Kingdom Plumbing on their emergency line and got connected within minutes. Jason took the time to FaceTime me and walked me through how to shut the water lines off and drain the tank to avoid any more water damage. He scheduled an appointment to install a new heater the next morning at 8am.
Brett and John(? I think - may have missed the name) showed up right at 8am, uninstalled the old heater, installed the new heater AND a new heater pan, explained the whole process to me, and covered any additional questions I had - ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!
On time, clean and precise work, kind and friendly customer service. Thank You so much !!! I appreciate you !

My rental unit gas water heater was broken. This was very stressful,especially we have tenants living there. I called around,did my research,read some reviews and gotta a hold with Ms J. She was very pleasant, punctual and return my missed call within fews minutes. When its come to plumbing issues, nobody want to wait especially with no hot water, no shower and no heater. So,I told her what happened and what I need in my apartment unit. I need a special gas water heater (high recovery aquaterm unit ) that heat the water heater and heat the apartment unit at the same time. She asked me to send the pictures from my old heating unit and within half an hour after she showed it to the owner,they are able to quote me the price. The price is very reasonable, no gauging like any others company. And they gave a special discount for military/ veteran like my husband. The best of all, they installed the unit at the same day (today) Thank you Kingdom Plumbing. Thank you Ms J. My tenants is very happy today. And I am very pleased with the work

Over 50 years I have dealt with numerous plumbing companies that range from poor to slightly above average. This experience exceeded expectation for first time. I needed 2 pop-up drains in bathroom sink repaired because of frozen mechanism. At recommendation of plumbing supply business I ordered a part and called Kingdom. The receptionist was leads to and efficient and scheduled me within 3 days: no deposit, no credit card, no disclaimers. On time Javier, senior technician arrived with apprentice. Clearly he knows his stuff. His diagnosis was that replacement was necessary and was apologetic that it might take a few days to get the part ( supply chain issues). We made tentative appointment for 1 week and true to promise he arrived on time, replaced 2 drains in less than 30 minutes and left sink and under-cupboard clean, dry and neat. Price very reasonable. Their business model is service oriented and the quality of service is commendable. I will be using Kingdom and Javier again soon to install reverse osmosis system and install-hot in a new homes. If you hire them you will not be sorry.

The owner Jason came out within an hour of my call late on Friday evening. I had two other plumbers scheduled that failed to show up on the previous two days. Jason took the time to come at the last minute to repair my Navien hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable and explained how the system worked. He also took the time to double check and make sure everything was working before leaving. I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend him for any plumbing or gas work and will recommend him to friends and family. Stop searching for reviews at this point...call Kingdom Plumbing.

Jason was very professional and diligent in making sure the water pipe leak was fixed properly. The charge was very reasonable for the amount of time and labor needed to repair a leak in a pipe within a wall between the garage and house. I would highly recommend Kingdom Plumbing as I will be using them for other plumbing related installs.

Kingdom Plumbing to the rescue, again! Fixed the leak that was soaking the floor next to the bathtub. Also, took this opportunity to thank Jason for recommending and installing the NovoSoft water softener the last time they were at our home (during our kitchen remodel). What a difference it has made. I am sure that it is better for our pipes and appliances, but more importantly, our skin isn't dry and itchy anymore! Thank you! Believe the folks at Kingdom Plumbing when they make a recommendation!
