This is a warning... do not hire this company. I hired them for a complete repair of my townhouse in central NJ and what a mess. I worked with Christy, I'm assuming, was the project manager, on the contract. She called and text me constantly to finalize the contract and retrieve the first and second deposit but once that 2nd deposit was made... I did not hear from her for weeks. Meanwhile, strangers started working on the property with no direction. Doing things not part of the contract. Stupid stuff like covering bathroom only vent with plaster and painting it. When u turned on the vent, u could hear it but not see it. Or installing bathroom and light fixtures incorrectly. Light switch up turned the lights off or hot water knob would run the water cold. They painted doors that needed to be repaired. They painted the inside of closets incorrect colors. The People that worked in the house had no direction. And they did things we did not want. For example. We paid for white tile with a tan color in tile for kitchen floor. We purchased the tile and sand color grout, which we placed directly on top of boxes of tile. When they laid the tile, they used black grout. This was one of many things they had to repeat/repair. They had to pull up this tile floor because the black grout stained the tile, there were several cracks in the tile, and the tile was laid uneven. They had to also redoing The original hard wood floors several times, which are now damaged due to the repeated repair they were forced to do. The picture below shows how they painted the stairs when they painted the edges. The sloppy work and extra paint all over furniture and on the walls was horrible. The incomplete work they just left. Brand new shelves and sinks we purchased were incorrectly installed and is now slanted. Brand new hard wood floors was tracked on with material they intended to use for the existing wood. They did tile work in both our bathrooms and I'll need to hire someone to redo the job. It's so messy with paint all over the tile. All the glue that makes the tile stick was all over the tile, but the husband did come clean most of it up. But he never sealed the grout. So when we give the babies a bath the black grout is in their bath water. Then they painted red stain on the brand new wood we purchased throughout the house. They installed a new screen door upside down AND backward. Once it was installed the handles were incorrect and they claimed it was missing pieces. I hired someone else to install it and they explained that the door was originally installed backward and up side down and they were able to tell due to a hole drilled in the door. They put a new entry opening but this took them several attempts to get the walk straight. And it still isn't totally straight. They left all sort of trash, they said they would take. Then they did not complete the paint job in the kitchen. And the final first floor bathroom vanity is literally built into the wall. I can go on and on about this company. They told us the job would only take 30 days. They started Jan 4 and we were finally able to move in May 15. I only give them one star cuz the husband is so nice. The project manager asked to do a walk through. I took off to meet her. She never showed. Never called. Finally she said she was at the doctor. Then our water valve broke when the worker was fixing the bathroom and I reached out to her. But they refused to help. These people are horrible. Unprofessional and the work is a mess. I'll attached documented pics, as I'm planning to take this company to court cuz they're still not responding to my repeated requests to fix my bathroom and the other items they never finished.
