The female co-owner will not return your call if you have any concerns about the service you receive. She said she was too busy to deal with me and thought my concerns were quote, "" ridiculous."" My concern was that when pumping the tank, the driver did not add any water to break down the sludge/solids in the bottom of the tank. Then he replaced the tank lid before the tank was able to be verified emptied by the person who was at home during the time of service. The female co-owner also said she had complete confidence in her driver, but I really felt that they should be most concerned with.my confidence, as their customer. The company refused to come back and repump the tank so that I could feel confident the tank was indeed empty and pumped out correctly. We have used this company for years-but never again!

They charged us more than the amount we were quoted for a 1250 tank. They charged us for a 1500 before even opening the lid. We have documents showing we do not have a 1500 gallon tank. We have always used them in the past and they wouldn't look back at old records. We have had this house for 24 yrs and never had a 1500 gallon tank. They cashed the check my daughter wrote before contacting us back. The office lady said that Larry would call my husband and We NEVER received a call to take care of this matter and they never showed the proof from ""what the meter"" read. We will never use their company. After the fact we have heard from two reputable people that they are notorious for doing this. I wouldn't recommend King Septic to anyone. I've learned a lesson on how not to try to save a buck because it cost us a lot more.

l needed my septic field replaced so I called king septic since I have dealt with them since I have lived in this house. Nine years now. They came out and dug up my old field. I'm taking their word about the whole thing needing to be replaced. They put in a new field and were to remove the excess dirt. The ground was muddy and their dump truck couldn't haul the dirt out so I agreed to let them build a berm from the old dirt. they didn't put the berm where I requested and I ended up having to move dirt so I could mow my lawn without having to go into the drive and around the berm to mow my lawn. They were also supposed to do a final grade. This consisted of driving over the area where the field was replaced with a bulldozer. Now I have little finger lakes the size of dozer tracks when the rain falls. Also the berm was graded with the tracks of the dozer. It does not at all reflect the finish I was told even though I was assured they were really good at berms. My friends chuckled. I called about the problem and was told the only way to fix the problem was to hand rake it and they are not going to do that. I will empty my tank with a bucket and rope before I will allow them back onto my property. I was left with a big slice of sh*t pie and no whipping cream.I am not happy and i am very disappointed by another typical contractor.

King septic was able to get out for a pump out pretty quickly. Another septic company I had called had told me it would be at least a month before they could get out.

Larry was on time and extremely professional. He made great small talk, gave me helpful pointers for my septic system (first time septic homeowner,) and provided me guidance on when to get another pump out.

Very pleased with the service today!
