It's so hard to find reliable and honest plumbers. I've used their services before. This review is long overdue. I'm pretty honest, I can't emphasize just how much I recommend these awesome guys. Mel is so responsive and patient. We had a pipe leak. Jesus arrived to my house on time and provided me video footage of the leak. Jesus saved us! He did his magic and explained what he would be doing. I wanted to scream of joy. JESUS SAVES!!

Thank you Ed and your crew in helping out my Mom. She has an older 1929 home in Pasadena that had major sewer issues through out the years. King Rooter removed the old terracotta sewer line that was broken and filled with ivy roots. And now she has a solid line that will last for years. We feel comfortable that her plumbing issues are solved. They cleaned all work area and l left her yard in good order. I highly recommend King Rooter to anyone who may be having plumbing blockage issues. Their prices are are fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we got. I will be calling Ed when i have issues with my home.

Eduardo has done two pretty significant plumbing jobs for me. In one case he had to re-route a sewer line because of overgrown oak roots. In another case, he had to do a major clean-out all the way to the street as well as replace some bad parts. He is easy to work with, prompt, and professional. His prices are really fair. I will continue to use King Rooter for all my plumbing needs.

The water supply line was leaking at one of our commercial properties & when I called Mel at King Rooter his customer service skills sold me off the bat. They came out within the hour and did a cement patch & at that time we learned the bathroom is also having problems & Mel offered to take a look & see what the problem is at no extra cost. We learned it was backing up and he immediately got to work without hesitation. They fixed everything that same day & we were able to laugh it all off at the end of the day. I highly recommend Mel if you want someone who explains everything in detail and gives you something to laugh about and make your day better. Thank you for being so awesome King Rooter!!!

Mel came out to look at our gas line a while back and was extremely polite, knowledgeable and honest. He took the time to carefully diagnose the problem, which ended up saving us a lot of money in the end. I'll definitely call him next time something comes up.
