Had a bad valve installed in several locations on account of the prior owner's contractor cutting costs. Two separate leaks within one year.

We decided to request quotes from plumbers in my area to get all of them changed. King Plumbing came in at a reasonable rate but what really sold me was their responsiveness and honesty. That really puts my mind at ease selecting them.

Leading up to the repair, I received a quote, service date and time, and expectations with regard to water service. Day of the repair, my plumbers asked if they could arrive early which was not a problem for me as my water had been turned off for the day for other reasons. Repair was started early and finished even earlier. When the water returned, I checked for leaks throughout the night and of course, there were none.

Having a 5 star rating is important. This let's others know they can rely upon the quality of service and integrity when it comes to King Plumbing. I'm confident in giving King Plumbing 5 stars for their service.

I originally hired King Plumbing for a leaking expansion tank and a drip underneath the house in the crawl space but before their scheduled appointment I needed an urgent visit due to a broken pilot light on the water heater. They came out the same day and fixed the water heater plus completed the other work. They were professional, explained everything to me, and I'll definitely be using them again!

King did an incredible job for us. From the start, the plumbers were knowledgeable and very attentive to what we wanted. The job was to move a frostless Faucet. They extended to line, cut off and replaced a leaking stretch of copper pipe and added a shut-off valve to turn off the water during the winter, at no extra charge. They also wrapped all the pipes and replaced other corroded clamps they saw which would have been future leaks. They were fast, very high quality, went way beyond our requirements, were very attentive to our needs and charged less than the original estimate. The original estimate was almost half the price of the nearest estimate! King, please don't change a thing, I will call on you again and will recommend you to everyone I know.

These guys are aces. Our new home inexplicably only had one hose bib and we struggled to find a plumber to add another. King was responsive and fairly priced and when they came to do the work they were great about going over all the details of the job - from impact to the drywall, to drilling into the Hardie siding. They were fast, efficient, and thorough.

A few months later we discovered we totally blew it - the A/C we are having installed needs to sit EXACTLY where the new hose bib was installed. Insert head smack here. We called King very stressed, hoping they could fix our mistake before the A/C installers came. Same as before, they got back to me quickly and moved it to accommodate the install, again being super careful to minimize impact to the walls.

These guys are absolutely terrific - meticulous, knowledgeable, good humored, fairly priced and responsive. As most homeowners know, it's very difficult to get home repairs done these days, much less ones checking all the boxes the way King does. I'm grateful for the help they provided and moreover that I now have a go-to plumber.
