I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC. Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly. I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning. Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned. Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced. They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh since King had just been out a day prior. This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit. Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King. Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me. Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great. I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC. There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. Highly recommend King Plumbing! Extremely fast to respond for service. Very prompt, extremely efficient and very knowledgeable in their field. Everyone I spoke with and worked with was very polite as well. In the future if I need service they will be number 1 on my list to call!

The reason for the service call was to replace 2 bathroom faucets. The service call lasted approximately 3.5 hours, and the sinks were damaged (scratched and chipped away). The faucet handles were not secured nor sealed, which resulted in another call to a different company to fix the job which was not done correctly. The plumber who showed up was physically incapable of doing the job, as indicated by his statements that he needed to take multiple breaks throughout the service call, in which he rested in his truck. His behavior was unprofessional. He left a huge mess, despite the fact that the entire floor was covered with rags as a prevention measure.

Honest, friendly, reliable, quality-these are all words that I would use to describe Among Kings Plumbing. I have used them twice in the last six months. Once to replace a hot water heater that started smoking. They came quickly and had it replaced within a few hours of my Facebook message asking for service.

The second time, the hot water line under my bathroom sink busted early in the morning on a Sunday. They came out quickly and replaced the line and shut off valve.

Again, I highly recommend Among Kings . Quality people doing quality work.

Had our backyard sump pump fail (kept tripping the GFCI). Called King Plumbing, Heating and AC and Ulises came out fast to give me an estimate on the repairs/replacement. He was very courteous and offered suggestions etc on how to remedy the situation. After all the parts came in Ulises came out again to do the repairs/replacement of the sump pump and I was amazed by the attention to detail and cleanliness. He kept me informed during the repair process and let me know tips on future maintenance of the sump pump in order to increase longevity.

Once the job was done, Ulises cleaned up and verified the sump pump performance to my satisfaction.

Overall, I would not hesitate to reach out to Ulises and King Plumbing, Heating and AC again in the future.

I found King heating, plumbing, and AC LLC when my home warranty company (Old Republic) sent Marc out to take a look at my AC unit that was not producing cold air. I cannot say enough good things about Marc. He was extremely nice, honest, trustworthy, and took the time to explain to me the problem and what can be done to fix it. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. The problem was that we were low on refrigerant and he made sure there were no visible leaks before pumping more refrigerant in the unit. He was able to fix our air conditioner and now my family doesn't have to live in a hot house anymore. This is by far the best experience I've had with a heating/cooling and plumbing company. I highly recommend this company and I even more highly recommend them sending Marc out to your house!

Here's the bottom line. If you are looking for a plumber or any other services these guys provide (ac/heater) look no further. I found King to uphold something that's lacking in many companies, honesty and integrity.

After two different plumbers did not show up to fix my leaky valve in the laundry room, I came across King. They answered the phone after office hours, showed up on time and was able to repair my leaky valve. Here's the thing.... I had gotten a quote for several hundred dollars from the other plumber that didn't show. King came to perform an assessment of the work required and determined that it just needed to be tightened and did not need to cut the dry wall and replace the valves. When I asked the cost for the work, they didn't charge me, nothing, nada, ZERO! Their honesty supersedes all expectations. When you find people who won't attempt to scam you, it's a relief.

I also feel compelled to share that the plumber stated their motto is to treat their customers like family members and I completely agree.

Update (6/26/17): I called King again to replace the valve for the main line. Simply put, they executed it without me being there. I didn't have to rearrange my schedule or anything. Very happy with how seamless it was.

I called King Plumbing last Sunday and received a call the next day from Terry. Brendan came out that afternoon, assessed the situation and made a suggestion to return all the shower/tub Trim I bought and get the correct Valente trim. Brendan was very thorough and friendly and made some great suggestions. They even sold me one of their Soft Water Units. I haven't heard or seen one yet, but trust the reputation of King Plumbing as experts in their business. I will provide a review of the Water Softener once I see it in action after a few months.
Central Arizona Supply in Phoenix where I bought the Avanti Trim gave King Plumbing high marks when I told Dave they were doing the repair of the Trim installation for the Tub/shower and installing a new Soft water unit. Can't go wrong if a Plumbing Supply company gives King Plumbing some high marks! Time will tell after the Water Softener is installed.

Called this morning and Brendan was at our house in less than an hour. He was very nice and explained what he found and what he did. Hopefully I will not need a plumber for a long time but if I do, I will be calling King again!
