THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY FOR PLUMBING PERIOD! I have had home warrenty for 15 years with terrible American Home Shield, I switched to a great company First Platinum, they recommended King 24 Hour Plumbing. LONNIE KING is impeccable. Called and came within the hour! Courteous, knowledgeable Our Tenants loved him. He was fast smart, explained the problem and it was covered. Cleaned up all around, and even sprayed ODOR ban. I just received two invoices claiming that I did not pay for work done in May 2023. The fact is: I did pay King24hr and shortly thereafter was forced to pay a different plumber to do the work again! See my review of May 8 2023 if you doubt me! If anything, Lonnie King owes ME because I paid him for services not done!

Lonnie came to my townhouse on Saturday morning to replace 2 toilets. He was friendly and very professional. He brought the 2 replacement toilets with him, installed them and removed the old ones, and found a problem that I didn't know about and fixed it. I felt like his fee was reasonable and I will absolutely use him again. I highly recommend him.

Contacted this company for what I thought would be a simple sink faucet and garbage disposal install. The tech advised that some pipes under the sink needed to be replaced so I ok'd that as part of the work. Two months later, everything he installed is leaking; ruined the cabinet under the sink, so now I have to get that fixed also. Also, he seated the drain in my new sink with a pile of plumber's putty. The drain still does not sit correctly. Long and short, I have to pay someone else to correct what I paid him to """"fix"""" and then pay the added expense of repairing my ruined cabinet under the sink. You've been warned.
